PR might not be considered regulatory but it is still informative as it can e a guide to the growth of the business for informed investors. Just because a crowd of serial pumpers jumped on-board,it does not make the recent news any less informative.

The company is going through a large transition, has cash in the bank and is operating in a huge growth area with presence in the far east to boot.

That said DYOR and beware of pumpers and dumpers.

I think, so that you can continue to ramp this, you must be pretending to not know the different types of Regulatory News Service announcements available to companies & the weight to apportion to each type.

As I'm sure you know, a Non Regulatory RNS (AKA RNS Reach) is about the equivalent of a PR release or a marketing message & is not to be used for price sensitive communications.

Im buying into AMUR, $150 billion, asset at easy reach.. that they intend to float and retain 80%. although still doing my research, to look for the catch
