The share performance has been dismal over the past three years why do you think it will improve if they keep adding on new acquisitions and issuing piles more shares?

Who’s interests do they have in mind? It certainly does not seem to be small stakeholders impo.

The landscape changes rapidly, as VICE’s situation has shown, okay it maybe a different cup of tea but I do see some similarities.

Good luck though, it may bounce all the way back up to 3p where it was years ago I guess.

Brave Bison is unique in that it is both a digital media owner, as well as a digital media agency. The Company owns and operates its own channels, and the communities attached to them, as well as offering customers a suite of advertising services to help reach digital audiences.

Its strength is in its own organic growth and its blue chip clients

This is not like VICE

It's a long term growth stock . Patience and Long term view.

Brave people buying back in here… the last update is all amazing but unfortunately those key words are the first sign of a profit warning. Company media budgets are not flowing right now as firms are making less money margins on their products. The marketing budget (and that includes digital) is always the first to go. This is a dead cat bounce imo after some heavy selling. If your still in don’t forget this last update for the clue you were given.

It feels like organic growth will slow given the wider cuts in advertising budgets. I really like the business but it feels like growth will be acquisition led.

BBSN are now at a level giving plenty of opportunities with a strong team and base they can shoot up very quickly as RNS flow.

I remember this as Rightster years ago when the share price was 60p and prodigy Charlie Muirhead was in the driving seat. Hopefully some big media company will pay way over the odds for Brave Bison just as he did

Out most of the day so only now watched the presentation and digested the results.

I think the 12% organic growth is reasonable considering the economic backdrop and there should be further benefits from the 'flywheel' between content/social media and advertising.

I was impressed that they were already using AI like ChatGPT in their work. And for a relatively small company they seem to have a decent roster of household name clients.
