Big trade gone through of 1m shares. Hopefully a seller has now been cleared and we can start moving back up.

I like the fact selling the legacy assets and becoming
a pure cybersecurity brand protection company removes the distraction ,it sends a clear signal of where the business is going, Brandshield needs to expand rapidly and grab market share, hopefully the sale will fund and accelerate this process.
Along with the new banking facility does it further remove the need for a fund raise and dilution of shares

Well, the current weshop owners have pumped a significant amount in to get it where it is today. And then they’re just going to sell it lock, stock the lot. No retaining any of the equity. Presumably the new owners see something in it, so why not retain 25%?
As a deal, it makes no sense.

Interesting to see how much this will add to ARR, surprised we haven't jumped more today ,but I guess it's hard to gauge how much this is worth
with their non disclosure agreements

Well done Brandshield. Patient holders will be well rewarded here.Don't usually do predictions but I'm going for a bagger by 1st Jan which of course is only 2 months away.
This share is way undervalued and it's likely to do well over the Christmas period as P.I.'s look for undervalued companies to invest in and pundits declare their 2022 tips. Good Luck .

K agreed but there seems to be no interest here despite the recent investor shows and there also seems to be a constant seller in the background. We are going to need consistent good news to get the share price moving. They seem to have an excellent offering in a growing market so lets hope they can capitalise on this.
