03/6/2021 07:22 | Just stalling.Better to say nothing as we know what the product does and it doesnt look good when the shareprice is being manipulated for M&A.Looks like a Weshop announcement is taking a bit longer than expected but should be here by end of the month.Cant hold back the figures any longer than that as well | aidenabettin
03/6/2021 07:18 | they choose to PR high end retail product brand - so it might be something coming with weShop indeed - having share price control on, having our CEO going onto weShop board, having weShop changes in the Co register .... we will see, I speculate (spectare=observing) | kaos3
03/6/2021 07:12 | good - marketing started should be supported by hard facts - like revenues, growth, contracts duration, margins ... but there is suddenly something going on in public for something - for the better why else bother suddenly ?? fingers crossed | kaos3
03/6/2021 07:11 | 3 June 2021 BrandShield Systems plc ("BrandShield", or the "Company") Electronics giant Bang & Olufsen takes down 98% of IP infringing online threats with cybersecurity firm BrandShield ● & ● & BrandShield (LS As a highly respected international brand that operates in 70 markets, Bang & Olufsen established its own brand protection division in early 2020 to combat increasing online threats from trademark misuse, counterfeit offerings, and other brand infringements. The audio leader quickly realised a comprehensive solution was needed that could analyse, detect, and takedown counterfeit sales, impersonation and fraud with better enforcement capabilities to protect the brand, minimise risk and maintain customer loyalty, engaging BrandShield to provide this comprehensive solution. BrandShield immediately leveraged its industry-leading AI and ML platform to automate the tracking of all risks across platforms for Bang & Olufsen, covering counterfeit products, trademark and copyright infringements across rogue websites, social media platforms, and e-commerce marketplaces, where risks were abundant. This approach eliminated threats with a 98% successful takedown rate with 90% of sites being taken down automatically, saving Bang & Olufsen valuable time and resources. Morten R. Serup, Brand Protection Officer at Bang & Olufsen, said: "We chose BrandShield because of its exceptional product offering but what really sold us was their legal competence, combined with a deep commercial understanding of how our business works, and we have been impressed by the results. With BrandShield on board, we knew we could manage brand protection risks before they caused irreparable damage." Yoav Keren, co-founder and CEO of BrandShield, added: "When a company's most important asset is its brand, it's vital to implement real-time online threat hunting solutions that protect it with the precision and speed that online businesses require. We're thrilled to have partnered with a leading company like Bang & Olufsen to ensure its brand is protected online, safeguarding its customers and employees both now and well into the future." | epicsurf
02/6/2021 18:30 | Just waiting on Weshop imo | aidenabettin
02/6/2021 18:12 | Someone bought 875,000 shares @ 20.51 today costing £179k. I guess the MMs got them sub 20p from weak holders and triggered stoplosses. A consequence of only 117m shares in issue perhaps. Nice work if you can get it. | pretax2
02/6/2021 18:11 | Not many loose shares with this company. Very tightly held.Any shenanigans is 100% spreadex imo | aidenabettin
02/6/2021 17:19 | I’m sure the MM got lots of cheap shares taking out stop losses. There is zero reason to sell this share, and with so few available it doesn’t take much to move it in either direction. Holding tight. | pretax2
02/6/2021 17:09 | I told you what would happen before the big event.Dropped below price of previous corporate event(Rto).Bids dropped below last placing price of 4p.These actions are always followed by a bigger event.M&A | aidenabettin
02/6/2021 16:52 | A buy signal from the bulls. Well that worked | lukehold

The bullish pattern that was previously identified is finally confirmed and a BUY signal is generated. The market is telling you about a new profit. Do not miss this bullish opportunity." | pretax2

27/5/2021 09:44 | When you read 'one of the worlds most powerful social commerce platforms' weshop doesn't exactly sit near the top of the list or even on the list at all.You have to be thinking Alibaba or Tencent and what about the US | aidenabettin
27/5/2021 09:40 | Exclusive Partnership. The partnership is focussed on the co-development of a global product, merchant and user verification proposition for social commerce. This will protect users from fraudulent online merchants, counterfeit product and fake user accounts and will also protect brands from counterfeiting and trademark infringement. WeShop intends to integrate the verification proposition into its B2C and B2B offering across over 100m products in the UK alone within various marketplaces, further enhancing its credentials as one of the world's most powerful social commerce platforms. . | aidenabettin
27/5/2021 09:25 | we shop is kind of a monster platform ??? when I looked at it I have to admit that I am too stupid to understand it. It is kind of changing in the concept from the starting one?, I see no real value in it - compared to many similar trys, I do not find it intuitive, .... it is "forcing" itself into the sector - not knowing how ok,ok -there can be said lots on social networks, integration, likes, recommendation etc - many fancy words but I do not get it as a clear cut proposal to do valuable things that I can not find elsewhere I get confirmation to my words in a fact that they are "developing" it for years and that still nothing in commercial terms - after spending lots of cash --------------- if one has a clear cut idea - he launches it into commercial space and develops it ---------------- only "stupid" money build big perfect monster - and later tests it - if it works in reality now- please tell me I am even more stupid as I admit to be | kaos3

27/5/2021 09:14 | So where is the synergy between we.shop and Brandshield. I was thinking it would be a platform for Brandshielded brands where there was a guarantee of brand authenticity. If I was concerned about such things, we.shop would be the place to go. | pretax2
27/5/2021 08:54 | Weshop been back up for last few days.Now We.Shop | aidenabettin
26/5/2021 18:16 | whatever is coming - it is @ 20 (at a premium lol) and it is soon imo | kaos3

25/5/2021 11:18 | The writing down was probably for the RTO valuation.Couldn't exactly say we have massive assets and expect a cheap RTO.Will all sort itself out eventually | aidenabettin |
