They look like they've lowered the bar for a sell-off of Weshop. From 80% down to 51% of the shares. That raises more questions. Internal divisions? Do they have a buyer in mind?

either something bad coming or some corporate action or a forced seller much beyond Spreadex.

having second thoughts due to my recent overexposure.

on the other hand - listening to all the interviews, clientele, getting stronger and building huge moat build into the software, intellectual protection, CEO energy and connection, BOD history - what is there not to love. plus investments are kicking - pow and we shop

all I need is lots of luck, because clever I am not

Well I can’t see anything price sensitive here. What there is is very careful definition of terms & conditions; roles, rights and responsibilities. It’s about getting the foundations solidly in place to build something significant. Guess we’ll find out what that is later. Interesting how there’s an open clause to change the name. I don’t particularly like ‘Weshop’, doesn’t have the same ring as Ebay.

I was buying for a few days - they are clearly "holding" share price in a range - and MMs do not fill orders at stated ask prices which I was prepared to pay - which bodes very well
