The Company is pleased to announce that, further to obtaining shareholder approval at its Annual General Meeting held on 28 November 2012, the process for the change of name to Clear Leisure plc has been completed.

It is expected that the Company will begin trading under the new name, Clear Leisure plc, from 8.00am on 5 December 2012. The Company's new TIDM (ticker symbol) will be CLP.

A further announcement regarding the change in the Company's website address to reflect the new name will be made in due course.

Alynch- no instalments from. My cast as it was never sold- due to be sold before year end like mediapolis- there was only a LOI signed for my cast. Next to nothing left out of placings I believe. Lets just hope it means we are getting it from somewhere other than the share bank!

30k- yeah, maybe, but wasn't there some money due from MyCast about now? (haven't time to check my facts, but I have in mind there is an installment due?) And what about cash from placings...is that all assigned already? I know we're not rolling in it, but I wonder if there's monies coming in from some of our more profitable companies that can be 'bortowed' to do this wheeling and dealing? We know these guys aren't very open with all that's going on. Maybe, just maybe, it doesn't always work out against us [ though history suggests otherwise :-S ] I would think, to make an offer, they would have to prove they can make good the offer...

Alynch- morning mate- regardless of what might be going on- we simply do not have the money! Nor does it look like we are going to have anytime soon! The only thing I can think of is that they know/think they are getting a lot of money from somewhere- before 10/1/13?

This Zoo is part of something bigger. I think it is part of the land they want to work on, but because of the zoo there was a big question mark over it. By buying out the zoo and investing in it, I believe they aim to show they are willing to 'put something back', and hope that this softens the stand against the developement at Edenlandia. Isn't that the sort of political wrangling folk get up to? And, isn't it possible someone has said to them, 'you take on the zoo (a major pain in my ass) and deal with that, and we'll see about getting what you want'? This is Italy we're talking about, after all... :-D

Although an offer may have been made, we don't know for sure. If it has been, we certainly should've received an RNS. But then, shouldn't we have received a lot more RNSs over time than we have (relevant ones) on the running of the subsidaries, as well as the overall umbrella company? Hoping Alfredo and Co will achieve major gains on their shares (because that means we will too :-) )

It's a relatively big commitment for a failed zoo ... and mired in local politics/job saving ... hmmm, this isn't the type of investment I would touch with a barge pole, looks a cash-drain imo, let's hope the bid fails.

Yea clearly not! And not only that- ctw told me when I first noticed it in the Italian press a couple of weeks ago that it was just press rumour and not a consideration for us!
