Quite Cuckoo, this Loverat.

If I get some time I'll try and find out who he is now convinced I am... all his previous guesses were completely loopy and wrong, and simply reveal the number of other people who think he's a prize fool.

Keep on going....

;D

Totally agree with above posts. Lets get the best deal possible on the land.
Everything seems a bit more proffessional this side of the suspension but a long way to go yet. Im certainly more optimistic though.

Good to have you on board Gant, as I know that you will not have bought in without due consideration.

Nice to see the circa €40m land valuation confirmed in the RNS this morning, so all coming together as expected, well at least from my perspective.

Bought in here over last couple of weeks having watched from the sidelines for some time. Recent cash injection and structuring makes me quietly confident about the future and the news today seems a further positive strategy to maximising value. It does also seem to me that in the wake of much selling the price has held and those shares are being acquired in reasonable blocks suggesting perhaps someone building a stake (although that is just my conjecture). Good to see some old friends from other boards here too.

'Formally divide the land into four different separated areas, designated: Theme Park, Hotel, Commercial Center and Cogeneration Plant.' Seems a sound idea to me allowing the various sectors to be sold off to specialist buyers at hopefully much better prices.

Yes - I can understand why you would not want to be reminded of that ludicrous episode. And then of course there was yet further embarassment several years later when you 'disappeared' to avoid having to explain your actions and your laughable ignorance of the law. I was going through our old exchanges the other day and despite not having legal training, my thoughts on how things would turn out were very accurate. I guess that comes from experience and seeing many fools come and go here.

m7 - I think the best thing for you is to stay from the internet for good. Your recent absence has created a mood of greater positivity on the site. If you simply must post why don't you find a site where you can actually add some value. Good luck with that.

What on earth are you babbling on about?

What do these persons have to do with me?

Are you quite mad?

Just because ten people think you are an idiot in no way suggests those ten people are really one and the same person. It suggests merely that there are ten sane people.

;-)

Far from it Netty, I can tell that you are a grafter. Now if we were speaking of the "filtered" one then it would likely be grifter, although I am sure that this would be lost on them - LOL.

It certainly is Netty. Just had a nice fish supper after a long and productive day, having managed to make a tidy sum which will ensure that a good few folk pick up a nice pre-Christmas bonus. Hoping for much the same here TBH but I can't influence that in quite the same way, although I do believe that it is in hand. Time will tell.

Don't like me on London South East. To cut a short story even shorter, all I really asked 'em was "what the bloody hell are you lot talking about ffs!?", crikey, and then it was all "filter him, report him, ban him!" ... at least it's nice and peaceful here eh.

What is the nitwit above babbling about? In a thousand posts by me, it has allegedly managed to find one, solitary typo, and that too involving but a single keypress. As I don't proofread that's pretty good going.

So, another mug punter for whom I have no pity. In general, his loss, my gain. Evolution has decreed his usefulness is merely as food supply for his betters... ;D

My pro crunches on his bona. LOL.

Thanks Netty, I like the sound of debt free.

As for the village, well I am now bored with having a laugh at their expense, as there is only so much "pro bona" advice that one can take:

So last conversion was for £800,000 + interest eh? 15m x 7p = £1,050,000 yes? £250,000 interest? ... ??? ffs!
So that's 31.25% interest accrued so far??? ... so on the £3.05m left? that's £953,125 interest if they'd been converted with the £800,000 yeah?

So add 'em up, ... £4m eh? at maybe 7p again? ... 57m? + 181m = 238m shares? No debt, clean eh? ... hmmm, looks ok?

Not on my list, unless we are talking bond conversion at a premium to the current price or possibly the sasme for a further acquisition if it were to come prior to the disposals currently in hand.

Otherwise you could always post an animated image of tumbleweed blowing across the screen - LOL.

Very quiet here today, perhaps we could play call the next RNS. Several options to choose from, I think that announcing the acquisition of a controlling interest in Ora is towards the top of the list.
