Just made £250,000 in the 1st half, [up 70%] growing very fast, paying a divi, Should do £750,000 plus in the full year in my view. Factory site is as far as i can see valued at around zero in the accounts but has planning for 700 odd flats.!!!!!

Sorry bought the pound shares, Risk means one thing to you and another to me, i buy stocks others will not, thats why i bought here, i see value, you may see risk. I bought OPF at 9p when the risk was seen as high by others but very low by me. Same with all my buys i see what others do not.

Whatever, but i'm still interested to know what class of share you bought and if you bought the 'A' shares why you aren't worried that you may get disenfranchised by the ord holders in the future.

I buy stocks only if they can 5 or 10 bag, read my threads, i have 5 , 500% risers this year alone. Why would this company want to stuff up long term shareholders.?

Look at the chart, to see where this stock is going as profits shoot up.

But why isn't it a real worry to you?

Yes, that could be the case but is it a real worry to me? NO. This share has been left on the sidelines. How many firms come out with a 70% profit uplift in todays market.?

But which class of share did you buy? If you paid £1 ish I presume you bought the Non Voting A shares? Isn't there a chance that the holders of the ords my seek to alter the terms of these to suit themselves? If that were the case would there be anything A share holders could do about it?

I've seen it happen at C H Bailey, could it happen here too.

I have in all my time investing ever had a vote worth having. To me this is a growth share that is going great guns. They have just told us the loss making parts are in turnround mode, so, in my view profits will go up at the rate of 50% PA for a few years. At £1.00 per share they should be bought and held for 3 years. Then the divi will give you a yield of around 20% PA, at year 5 the divi should be enough to yield 50% pa. This is a low risk stock just what i like.

The problem as far as I can see is that you don't get any votes on these shares, only the ord's get them. Isn't there a danger that you get screwed by the ord share holders here?

Results out, and they are great profits up 70% at the half way stage, divi up, EPS of 10p at the half way should mean 30p plus at the full year for a very very low pe. Company is laying off workers so can not be to upbeat as they close the loss making part.

Good to see the directors bought after last results, by that time they would have had a good idea what the next set would show. Due today or this week based on last year.
