I'd lay odds on that they will submit a revised application for the site prior to expiry of the existing permission and that the value of the land will suffer significantly as a result. H Edit: Planning hasn't been approved yet?! WTF?! How can you suggest valuing land without a permission in the same manner as that with, irrespective of how implementable it is or not?
