Interesting times ahead. All i can add to it for now is simple. Buying below price blocks, is against the institutions view

if it changes , well, only costs a couple of pence more to buy later anyway. But at least at that stage , odds of a major correction are reduced 95%. A small percentage sacrifice to pay in risk terms

Some interpret that as a positive for companies perceived as uk focus etc etc

They will realign with the more broad reality soon, once ISA and SIPP top ups complete

All in all, its a negative moment broadly for a labour win in market terms

But a few shares did that day special at least once near or at election day. Mostly UK ISA heavyweight favourites

So in essence, the BP rise day was a short wake up. Sounds odd i know, but some rises are extremely bearish

obviously a lot of detail required, that i leave out. But thats the simple gist

To me, things like Fibonacci, averages , fundamental analysis are only a guide to see if the masters will 'allow' them to be support. So if they have no decisions to make directly overhead, then retail can take it up for you lol

Everything is answered by the makers. Not much point in having opinion that cant sway their making

What they do at a price, is all the fundamental analysis required, in market terms

Greater than 10% I am a little surprised. I will go and try to find out. I thought it was lower. Or at least I thought the tax take for NS was not that significant, there could be capex cost offsets I guess

Regulation. Lots of questions to be answered, consequences to be thought through, risks assessed. China appears to be quicker at this than us in the west.

Its as if they want to let the city make as much as they can, even out of the most ridiculous of energy ideas first

PP, I'm a big fan of Starmer. I voted for him so I could hold BP to 25p

I dont know the official stance on it with labour. But assured , the companies seem sure

I know a clever one that is registered with 60 agencies around the country and asks them to call when transport picks up ( geographic agency selections cover the listed _ not that he ever does it)

You wouldn't believe how often that leads to the earliest possible sector heads up
