Debt Illusion hellscream.
Economics 101.

It's all a debt illusion.

And , as if on queue, massive monthly Govt borrowing figures, and YTD borrowing a record, at levels not seen since WW2!!!!

Not sure what you mean by death but would not wish it on any country

As for having complete indifference to France after some idiots did a cruel act seems

over the top

enjoy your day and weekend

cheers

Good morning Waldron
with your view that economies should remain open and allow the death.
I take it you didn`t wish for France to have the death but another country.
Was watching one of your politicians on business news yesterday.
A disgusting sad approach . However it will be to no avail . France will shut down naturally with or without leadership. I have complete indifference to France after they burnt lorry loads of Lambs alive on the docks . They arrived from the UK due to the policies of the EU .

I have an extreme low of £1.79 on BP. I will close my shorts soon the profit is too great

WTF? can't the markets look forward 6 months. This will be over middle next year. Vaccine end this year, rolled out to general population 1st and 2nd qtrs next year. And the demise of the black stuff is at least 30 years away. And Libya can't be flooding the market with billions of barrels exactly.
When does this downward slide stop. Not a happy bunny, this great British hound and that other one RR. are barking mad.

buywell3 - 17 Mar 2020 - 23:50:54 - 3482 of 4471 BP. - Charts & News - BP.

OIL could IMO see $20 as things stand

Most Airlines are grounding circa 90% of their fleets

Cruise ships also not doing much business

Buses and commercial road transport also down as lockdowns gather pace

OIL demand set to fall further yet IMO

Months yet IMO of this story to run

200p target for now IMO not out of the question

FTSE 5000 looks a given

How low will it go though ?

All you people talking of a second wave.
A wave has to stop before it has finished . The first wave has just been in a summer trough . You haven`t had a Winter yet with this Winter virus .
The first wave will be enormous !

=== Covid-19 is not going away so humans must learn to use technology to see how to ===

Co-exist with this virus and the next one to follow and the one after that

Boeing did this back in 2017 after SARS and MERS ( both coronaviruses ) and looked at what might make flying safer in a virus world and applied for a patent.

Far-UVC at 222nm was making strides then in Columbia University USA --- under a physicist called Prof Brenner --- since 2017 huge strides have been made and his technology of Far-UVC has gained approval in Japan and lights using it made by Ushio a big listed Japanese company .

A deal has recently been done between Ushio and a USA company called Acuity Brands who is a multi-Billion company to market the Ushio light in the USA , it meets USA safety regs.

It can be retro-fitted in various buildings such as hospitals schools workplaces offices and homes plus boats planes buses and trains to name but a few BUT buywell has seen a better way.

This product uses an excimer to generate energy at 222nm BUT new LED's are just appearing that can operate within 200nm to 230nm band. buywell believes within months a LED that works at 222nm or very close to it and at a power sufficient to kill the covid-19 virus in 30secs as the Ushio excimer light has just weeks ago been shown to do.

Boeing and Far-UVC

Boeing applied in 2017 and granted with a publication Date: Apr 11, 2019 a patent for the use of a narrow band of wavelengths that bracket 222nm for use in Aircraft, 220nm being specifically mentioned regarding the use of UVC in Aircraft please note :
