25/3/2017 14:26 | Book Value is 90p there is no reason at all to sell it below this price, none. I am assuming that the value associated with Etinde at current reserves is based on farmin at $2 per barrel. If BLVN held long terms what cash flow woudl our 20% earn , significantly more. NE/Lukoil were given a v good deal to get them on baord, if NA want our 20% time to pay up! They shoud be paying sig more than $2 per barrell, why not $4+ ? | benjimun
25/3/2017 13:54 | thats my target 50p or 60p break up value. remember cove energy how it sold its 10% gas find for several millons and millions. | nickmann
25/3/2017 11:37 | sell the company and put the matter to bed. am sure somebody will bid 60p. | nickmann
25/3/2017 11:32 | I would like COC to publish the letter they have sent, I would be interested to see the specifics of the enquiries they made. If they are legally able to publish it they should or provide reasons for not doing so. You can see where I am going with this, there might well be genuine issues here over governence or this coudld simply mud slinging to create a nattative of questionable BOD activity. Investors might waiver on their holding and sell on worries of potential fraud/share suspension and sell their shares allowing COC to increase their stake. We must be open to all possibilities! In addition COC mention the BLVN BOD have hired multiple advisers, the BOD need to explain who these are and their role or could COC shed some light on this? I like what COC have said about it being too early to consider selling etinde as it is pre-appraisal and would attract derisory offers. I suspect we are going to see hear alot more noise over the coming days/weeks, ignoe it and concentrate on the facs at they emerge. | benjimun
25/3/2017 11:22 | shocking... | nickmann
25/3/2017 11:19 | why pay another $65m to BLVN.when lukoil and newage can have the whole company for 60p a share. | nickmann
25/3/2017 08:32 | I'm out of RKH but will be back in when it breaks 20p or towards the middle of April whichever comes first. | slipanchor3
25/3/2017 08:02 | Sounds like crown are backpeddling after having set a rabbit lose. | fatnacker
25/3/2017 07:49 | As of a few minutes ago, this latest letter does not appear on the COC website and unless and until it does, there is a question in my mind, at least, as to how genuine it is. Meanwhile, with regard to the "Independent Review" into the c$100m ascribed to Bomono, while welcoming that proposal generally, there is the question as to how advisable it is to lift that particular stone. External auditors do have their own independent reporting obligations and the last thing in shareholders interests is to see internal investigations spreading into external ones. | warbaby43
24/3/2017 23:46 | This ticker now resides in the 'unknown unknowns' folder, at a weighting of under 20% of max former position. It would seem that the 'management' and I use the word advisedly, are doing something inexplicable. Why on earth didnt they win the vote by downsizing stipends? That was pretty much what most PI's hoped for. That they were not able to see which way the wind was blowing indicative of ability? Sir Alan requires an instinctive approach to business, a rare commodity indeed. Gla. Anyone else calling the low on Rkh? | gunsofmarscapone
24/3/2017 22:19 | IMO Hardly surprising considering the shambolic way KH has been running the show. It will be interesting to see if COC can unearth just exactly where that $90m was spent on Bomono, absurd amount, there seems to be a whiff of shize emanated from KH. The sooner he's gone the better. | roberto mancini
24/3/2017 21:38 | The price appears to have ignored the article. I would suggest this rumour is already in the public arena. Indeed COC appear to have drawn attention to this issue in today's statement | mirabeau
24/3/2017 21:35 | Keep telling yourself that. | nicobellic
24/3/2017 21:26 | Well, yes it does, snh isn't the cam gov. | fatnacker
24/3/2017 21:18 | Does it matter whether it comes from Paul Biya or SNH? It's still essentially the movers and shakers within Cameroon and not positive news. | nicobellic
24/3/2017 20:36 | Good as, we are talking Africa. They want a change of board too! | gark
24/3/2017 20:29 | The statment isnt directly from the government, snc is state owned but not run by the cam gov. | fatnacker
24/3/2017 20:22 | It is kosher, appears directly in the Cameroon Tribune. | gark
24/3/2017 20:06 | Anyone been able to find out whether the statement from the Cameroon government is kosher? | nicobellic
24/3/2017 19:58 | StatEment from COC sorry if it has already been published. hxxp://www.military- | slipanchor3
24/3/2017 19:54 | Meanwhile the share price creeps higher :) | ihavenoclue
24/3/2017 19:43 | Received a letter from BLVN re the Strategic Review, seems to be some panic amongst the BLVN BOD. I will be very interested to see what COC uncover from the accounts. | slipanchor3 |
