So they must think things will improve next year. They know something we don't know?

KH WILL be removed from his job before next summer.
He's already lost credibility with the city and now the share holders.
It's a matter of months and, trust me on that, the pressure is building...

No one would suggest Tom Cross of Aim listed Parkmead (PMG) is other than an O&G entrepreneur with a proven track record, yet the share price of his current company is just 25% of its shareprice for the first three quarters of 2014.

Why is that?

It is not because the company is in debt, because it isn't.

It is not because the company is not producing, because it is.

From its November update ...

"- Well capitalised, with cash balances of US$37.9 million (GBP28.3 million) as at 30 June 2016

-- Parkmead remains debt free
-- Since January 2016, Parkmead has been cash flow positive on an operating basis
-- All revenues from Netherlands gas production received in Euros, mitigating recent currency fluctuations"

The reason must lie elsewhere. Could it just be that confidence in London Aim shares is on its knees?

IMO it's fairly obvious the BoD are not acting in the best interests of the shareholders, they are in it for themselves b4 the money runs out, come on get a grip chaps,.. wasted $750M with nothing to show for their efforts.

About time they were shown the door b4 the money runs out.

The lower the share price the better the offer looks.

Hold tight COC are not in this business to lose their own money, or that of their beneficiaries.

I wish I had sold so I didn't have to focus on the lack of management and business acumen this company demonstrates on a regular basis!

Wow, that's too much.
Cash in bank £79.5 million
Bowleven 20% interest 0
Bomono 0

Breakup value of the company
79500000/327000000=24.31p

COC, it's all yours.

I agree, CO will not be nice about gaining control of the co. Expect them to force the share price down down down. Whatever about weak holders at 25p when the share price hits < 20p then you will really start to see the weak PIs crumble and loose.
Fag pack calculations for the breakup value of the company, so don't mouth off too much, if you want a more detailed valuation why not contact CO lol!!

Cash in Bank £81 million
Bowleven 20% interest in Etinde Value: £20 million +
Weaver of $40 million (net) drilling and testing plus $25 million cash receivable on FID. Value: £20 million.
Value of Bomono £0.

Total £121 million

Current Mcap £121 million => 23.5p per share

Breakup value of the company
=> 121,000,000/320,000,000 = 38p per share

I think 99% of the population have more of a clue than KH... He has overseen significant destruction of shareholder wealth and has spent far too much of his time focusing on racehorses rather than building an oil company...
