Why? I doubt it - surely better to keep quiet and let the share price tank slowly buying behind the scenes.

Without any news we all know which direction the share price will go. CO can cause panic quite easily behind the scenes and pick up shares 20 - 30% cheaper.

Cannot see us understnading their intentions for many months tbh

Yes i did and was deeply shocked.
The only saving grace is that the threats come from an absolute tuppence halfpenny moron who has as much 'connections' as a wet straw in a milkshake.

These type of people believe they are the thick of the cream until they meet someone who actually is when they least expect it. Despicable bullies who deserve a visit from a fixer.

put a proactive CEO in charge, the share price would double over night, its the
only way. This geezer has been on the gravy train for yonks, he has either got
his JR boots up on the desk, or tweed jacket on down at the track. Absolutely no
interest in growing the Company thats for sure.

Lets hope the bidder comes in soon otherwise KH will dilute us even further with his 'bonus shares entitlement' - if he gets another million pound share bonus at the rate the share price is tanking that could be another 10 million shares for his hard work this past year...

Bowleven some years ago were up for a fight with VOG for gas sales in Cameroon. Now VOG are streets ahead. BLVN are a dead duck with the incompetent Kevin Hart at the helm.

The buy back scheme is not enough. BLVN had the opportunity to get some great bargains when gas prices were next to nothing. KH will probably purchase an asset, when gas goes up twice as much again. So slow.
