Maths not BOD's strong point then ?

" The key terms of the Contract are as follows:

-- A net revenue royalty of 12% will accrue to Vutomi (the Partner )
-- 8% will accrue to Vutomi to cover State Mineral Royalties, sales and security expenses.
-- 80% will accrue to Palaeo to cover its mining and processing costs. "

So.... Vutomi 12% + 8% = 20%
Palaeo (the actual miner) 80%

Total = 100%

Botswana Diamonds = Zero %

And you want to celebrate ? Hahahaha .... etc

RNS - Thorny River moving rapidly towards production. First income from bulk sampling and full-scale mining expected in 2019.
Considering the tiny mcap here, this has to move the share price quite a lot - surely?
Separately, there should be news from Marange in Zimbabwe as well in the next week or so.

Long article in The Sunday Business Post (Ireland) last Sunday about David Horgan, a director of Botswana Diamonds and heavily involved with Clontarf Energy. Nothing specific that will drive up BOD straightaway, but a positive piece which seems to show some momentum building on getting the story of work ongoing out there.

I'm no expert on BCL, but is this Warren-Dixon guy for real?
He talks like a rather pompous village idiot. And 7 years for an administration / liquidation is ridiculous. I assume he is just a mediocrity milking his position for all its worth?

This is the liquidator who quit is partner role with the firm of accountants to become the liquidator for 7 years saying that

"investors were expected to assess the mine properties at their own costs for the next 12 to 18 months."

Yep that would add at least 18 months to get to the start line....

Rejected interest from 180 parties .....back to start then ... again !

Mine operated at massive losses with no maintenance.... that's going to help sell it then can he think of any more bad things to say ?

Creditors may " ultimately get nothing at all " .... especially if the liquidation takes 7 years as it will all be spent on him.....
