14/11/2017 14:58 | Mug PIs buy on the news and who do you think is dumping into it. | pwhite73
13/11/2017 16:28 | PWhite Must thank you for warning me a few times to get away from this stock which I did in the high 4's. Just noticed it at 1.5p and wondered wtf has happened and just read the latest update. A very good call on your behalf. | dave4545
12/11/2017 19:05 | That information is out of date. MT reduced his holdings by 2.24% between 21/09/2017 and 27/09/2017 as the RNS announcement. | pwhite73

10/11/2017 22:38 | The RNS on 03/11/2017 said his holding was 17.5%. For every 1% drop below 17.5% a new holdings RNS has to be issued. Where did you get the 2.2% from. | pwhite73
10/11/2017 21:48 | 2.2% holding only? | brx7
10/11/2017 12:44 | The trouble for him is that the people he is trying to get rid of at BOS can also get rid of him at CD because BOS own 40% of CD.He either has to take control of BOS or force it into administration. In administration the £217k and other monies loaned to the company become secured debts. So he has first call on its assets which would include the CD 40% stake. This will get very messy but not in view of the public for this will be suspended soon. | pwhite73
10/11/2017 10:42 | PwhiteI think 275 I can gamble It looks to me now Bos team and travia team tries to buy max shared in order to pass or stop certain resolution So four outcomes:Bos will de-list from AIMTravia will buy (RTO occurs ) call design buys BOS after listing in aus Resolve their differencesBos will hire new team. | tmmalik
10/11/2017 09:09 | Whether he buys BOS is of little concern to you. What is of paramount concern is the listing. If that goes then you lose everything. | pwhite73
10/11/2017 09:07 | Looks travia game is working He will buy whole BOS directly or indirectly My 6k worth £275 so let's keep them forever | tmmalik
10/11/2017 08:48 | It reads to me the plan is to sack the entire board and reverse Call Design into BOS. As a call center it could easily meet the 34% female target. That's what that rubbish is about. The London listing is far more lucrative than an Australian listing. The current board anticipating they'd be out of their executive lifestyles soon thought they'd make their move first basically by diluting Travia and Hapgood under 5% with a heavily discounted placing. That's what yesterday's announcement was about. These are dangerous times for PI shareholders for either the AIM regulators can step in or as I said the nomad can throw in the towel. | pwhite73
09/11/2017 22:40 | The biggest mugs are yet to come. Its those that are buying these for cheap at 1.75p. The MM have deliberately dropped the share price to this level because they are working on a placing. I would say about 1p. If unsuccessful the nomad could resign and the company delist. Funny how on their listing prospectus they'd been trading since 2000 that's 16 years. Yet one year after their AIM listing they're running out of money. | pwhite73
09/11/2017 18:28 | This has been a disaster for a long time , there was no need to warn. These people put money into developing a mine in europe with a partner, but then seemed to give it away. I lost all confidence years ago. My shares became nothing more than toilet paper. My Confidence in this management is minus infinity. | escapetohome
09/11/2017 15:39 | This is disaster for those invested. But I did warn you guys | shareho1der
09/11/2017 14:57 | Oh dearWorse than expected | brx7
06/11/2017 14:19 | Expecting this to rerate heavily on news good time to load up | fortunaiuvataudentis
03/11/2017 16:24 | Now travia sold 12% Left with 17 percent so RTO can trigger anytime | tmmalik
02/11/2017 10:06 | tick up expected - low volume remain current offer | knicol46
02/11/2017 08:35 | Joking apart you need to be careful here now. I have my doubts about the CD ASX listing. If it doesn't come off the 40% owned by BOS is worthless. The shares haven't collapsed further for nothing. | pwhite73
01/11/2017 13:02 | Is this an orderly company? | pwhite73
01/11/2017 12:22 | Maybe they should be Is this an orderly market? | barnes4 |
