Did any of you get a chance to look at Genedrive today? Beckman Coulter a big deal. Wish I'd have bought but hoping for that retest and tried to behave myself.

They have over £1 billion from Merck upfront payments alone mate (when they get to that stage).

=£7.56 just in upfront payments not including the patents but more importantly the platform or royalties etc etc

Your looking at £5-£10 billion takeover imho

There will be a huge rise when we actually list on Nasdaq and then very good news will get released.

Then a placing at a much higher price and remember the share price can still climb on a placing in the USA because it’s seen as a good thing as the company has money to grow and prosper.

They also value a pharma company looking ahead and we will attract major interest from hedge funds and institutions.

Two different divisions of Merck (in different countries and now Phizer have contracts with DDDD. The thing is there are lots more blue chip pharma companies that will want to use DDDD as well. They can’t afford to not use DDDD and that is the kicker.

We are no1 in the world at what we do, we have our own platform , 1000 patents with another 1000 in the process and have a in house production facility.

This is THE ONE mate !!!!

£10 would be the absolute minimum for a quick takeover but if they let us continue doing what we are doing then it’s something like £32 to £67 (give or take).

We are a sitting 🦆.

Thursday rns saying the vote will be in 2 weeks = 25th Feb and then after 1-2 days we actually list on Nasdaq.

Someone who specialises in this Spac and who knows the process said 25th vote and that’s what I’m going on .

It could be wrong but we know it’s coming real soon anyway mate so it doesn’t matter either way.

I’m holding these until takeover it has everything I want from investing in a share.

Then it will list a day or two after.

No, looks like it will be months, latest blog they released was an update on the 15th Jan about the roll out of a new live email service " in the coming months" apparently they scored an F for customer service on a survey by a ratings agency in America, there's thousands of one star ratings on trust pilot with being blocked the biggest complaint, it's put me off crypto really.
