Markymar, which planet do you live on?

RKH sold 60% of their asset to a near bankrupt oil producer who is struggling to repay its debts.RKH never put any assurances or timelines in their agreement which is why they have waited for years and are still waiting.PMO granted are recovering but need to borrow or farm out to make the project real and i hope they succeed.

RKH cash pile out is dangerously low and they may need to raise more cash, therefore diluting your holding.

RKH asset is a medium grade crude that will need treatment.

BOR-have half a billion barrels of api 48,super light oil.100% owned, cash in the bank and over 90000 barrels a day throughout when in production, which is more than RKH by far.A simple floater to produce like RKH.

No partner as of yet true, but soon it will happen.

Its all about liquid gas, super light oil for the future.Medium and heavy grade crudes are nothing special, plenty of the stuff all over the world.

I hope all the projects happen for the FKI,not sure what your issue is?

If BOR's prospects are too deep and expensive, then how did they make the Darwin discovery?

You live in a little fantasy worldRkh have a partner at advance stages of recoverying the oil out he ground. BOR have no partner Rkh is shallow ground so easier to extractBOR very deep and very expensive to get out the ground.Nothing will happen here for a long time apart from a rights issue to keep the company going and pay the Directors high wages for sitting on there hands.Hence both partners backed out as easier places to get a return

Looks like the falklands will happen, well for RKH at least.Loan application soon and good luck to them, very patient and us...

Dark Horse?

You bet

Difference between the 2?

RKH-40% owned,API 28 medium grade crude/needs treating.

BOR-100% owned,half a billion barrels-API 48-Super light Oil-The highest grade and pumps at a huge rate.

Lots of medium to heavy crude oil reserves in the world, very few super light oil ones.

BOR could see the biggest price correction on AIM when a partner emerges, and i am talking 1000's of % not seen since the strike of RKH i imagine.

Something is bubbling and i will wait for that day.

As i have said Falklands will happen and this year is THE year.

Dopey AIM investors generally do not see the long picture but only the today one-that will never change.

News soon,results soon.

From the horses mouth to me by email"wait just a little longer"

Again from the above"we have fantastic interest in Darwin"

Coupled with what we have,at the share price.I remain and build taking advantage of the lows.I am NOT ramping, but merely saying factual things.I invest and stay and never ramp and sway(wow i am a poet and didn't...)

Fact is,half a billion barrels, around £5 million in the bank and m cap of £10 million, slightly scewed and a huge opportunity for new investors.

Falklands story will happen and soon. What's not to like about this stock apart from the daily boredom? Best VOM stock on AIM by a mile.

Adios para ahora

Gus, yes it is a bit surreal, fwiw the Bpc valuation is due to its status as a populist stock. Both jurisdictions have complex and adverse politics, frankly I would be astonished if a farm in occurs at BPC and if it did, the mcap is already toppy. There lies the valuation gap if you like between the two companies so I would say, that although very high risk, that your money Gus is safer here. Of course as you say, BOR have a discovery but also a unique geological sweet spot.

If the Argentinians make big discoveries in the newly licenced blocks and I sincerely hope they do then I believe that a new consensus can be formed. Could be several years in the future though!

Completely agree gus3000.

You can then follow the same premise and look at a company like Rockhopper.

Market cap. around £110 million with appraised 200 million barrels or thereabouts, 750 million dollars development carry from Premier Oil, significant upside in surrounding NFB areas (500+ million barrels possible), 40 million dollars cash, large SFB licences adjoining BOR, 5+ million yearly dollar revenue from Egypt with exploration upside and an Italian arbitration that may well bring in more than the current market cap.

Rockhopper offer significant upside should the Falkland Islands' production go-ahead, but also offer some downside protection if it doesn't. That's where BOR are risky I think.

BPC market cap £55 million,no oil,no gas,no partner,no cash,no drill

BOR market cap £10 million, half a billion barrels,a bit of cash and no partner

Iam sure Brazil and Argentina are the biggest And cheapest markets to sell condensate.
There is a embargo in a sense to the falklands, realize by this free trade agreement between many the South American countries including Argentina and Brazil.
The UK government has supposedly started trade talks with Argentina, and has been positive.

What can u add

Maybe give them back their islands

Gus IOM? Normally London, 1 min walk from Trafalgar Sq. I rarely bother going to AGM’s and certainly not BOR. My holdings are now so microscopic the rail fare alone would be a significant proportion of shares value!

Rumble no that is erroneous, I decided not to post too much analysis as giving free information away was a bad decision: inculcating laziness amongst the already hard of thinking. Hence deletions.

What is your evaluation of the influence of Mercosur in the intractability of securing a farm-in?
