22/6/2022 16:49 | well brazil, I'd say its doing pretty well to stay in the 3's 🤭 2's incoming 😲 as the FI LEG END keeps saying: wait and see 😉 | the patriotic irishman
22/6/2022 10:36 | Come back in 5 years and this dog will still be taking investors cash for nowt like its done for the last 10 years. Nobody is interested in developing this $44b 😂project apart from the Canadian mounties. 😂😂 | brazilnut1
22/6/2022 09:14 | The HOT clearly states their applying to drill /develop 1 well which has already found oil. Their not planning exploring for any more. Its a production license they want, subject to FIG approval, which my hunch is their not getting. The Israelis are very clever people and as PENDER-CULSIP the British Military attache said about arms shipments in 1949, "they want much give little" | taxibabe
22/6/2022 09:07 | Where did you get that info from? From what I've seen, Navitas are going to drill a number of wells to develop Sea Lion. | whoppy
22/6/2022 08:42 | Whoppy Navitas signed the HOT on the hope or expecation that they might be able to raise the required funds. But the deal is contigent on the FIG allowing the drilling of only 1 non-exploratory well where oil is already known to exist. Since RKH have an exploration license that appears to go against the spirit of the license and so the Navitas proposal may well be rejected. Also the finance situation for oil companies, whilst improved, means that even if FIG agree to this modest drill there is no guarantees that anyone will stump up the money to do it. There is no oil production infrastructure in the FIG making the production of one well not particularly compelling. As for the Abitration award, I think that is highly dubious, and any award is likely to be limited | taxibabe
20/6/2022 22:40 | When was this dog getting to 10p again ? , oh ye 3 weeks ago last Friday. 3.11p to sell. 1p's coming soon. Sorry ,was that too derogatry for you ? | brazilnut1
18/6/2022 11:56 | You must be easily upset and fragile if you think that was derogatory. 1000 apologies. | brazilnut1
18/6/2022 11:31 | Why do you have to be so unpleasant brazilnut. Surely you could have made your point in a slightly less derogatory tone. | mesquida
18/6/2022 09:35 | Much easier politics in GOM. What do you know about what Navitas is thinking on the FI ? My guess is nowt. Only they know. FACT. | brazilnut1
17/6/2022 19:07 | Have you seen what Navitas are doing in the GoM. Raised over $1Bn for a difficult project and successfully executed. It's about investing to make a profit. Navitas see the same opportunity in the Falklands. | whoppy
17/6/2022 18:01 | Navitas have not invested anything, merely signed a HOT to drill 1 well where oil has already been found. Further, the HOT is contignent on agreement from the FIG, and on Navitas raising the cash. So, far, its all optimistic plans and self congradulation | taxibabe
17/6/2022 11:31 | Navitas are investing in the Falklands. I guess they see it as a good bet. It's not exactly rocket science to see the attraction. High oil prices, low tax government, tonnes of oil and gas, energy security, reliable supply, big return on investment for years to come, a large underexplored region with proven oil and gas in huge volumes. | whoppy
17/6/2022 09:01 | Its also the case that he needs definitive news to be able to sell and at this rate he will be long past his pension to be able to make a profit on this. Since the 1970S the FALKLANDS has disapointed optimists who saw it as another North Sea, no reason why that should change right now, unless the price of oil goes to 200.00 USD | taxibabe
16/6/2022 16:12 | Calgary is probably facing margin calls from other investments. These guys often leverage so one goes, it puts pressure on the others | taxibabe
16/6/2022 12:41 | Great tick up, down 15%. Mr Calgary stopped buying ? | brazilnut1
16/6/2022 12:31 | No excuses apart from being hopeless. Will come to the usual, nothing, despite all condition being right. | brazilnut1
16/6/2022 09:32 | BOR's open offer was also significantly oversubscribed. A lot of appetite due to the asset and the current market undervaluation, which will not be corrected until a partner is found. It's now or never. In the current climate it should be feasible. Just need the BoD to deliver. They've got everything in their favour so no excuses. | whoppy
16/6/2022 07:25 | Results of the RKH placing (which was substantially increased due to investor demand) suggests that there is still significant interest in the Falklands. We should get a tick up here today. | mesquida
12/6/2022 10:31 | Lets hope so. | brazilnut1
12/6/2022 07:51 | Sunday Times....Johnson turns his back on green agenda. Another tick in the box for development of the Falklands. | mesquida
07/6/2022 15:13 | Talking in code now so as not to give out booooom information. Whats the point , this will go nowhere, no matter what the changes in the world are. Oil in the ground is worth fk all until some mugs put their money where their gob is. Any takers ?, no didnt think so. Ho hum. Groundhog day. | brazilnut1 |
