Looks like the general markets should be green today.

I think the bears have conned themselves and each other into thinking the markets have capitulated but some are saying that these levels present a huge buying opportunity for some equities.

Loving all the guesses on price chaps, with no facts to back up any of these guesses, only exposes you all as inexperienced investors, of course with a range given of £1.60 to £2.50 one of you will be right ...lol

Agree with your view Hootza. The price could be anything but I'm comfortable with my level of investment in a sound business.

Because I've owned them since they were 34p and I've got no reason to sell them. These ups and down don't matter to me. When the fundamentals change, I'll sell.

It was this price less than 3 months ago. With better than expected results in January it could be back there. So is there really no way? Of course there is. What a naive thing to say Losses - I thought you had more experience than to spout such nonsense! But it could easily go the other way with poor Xmas sales and bad press. My point is anything is possible and only those in for the long haul can relax and rely on a good solid business to make it happen. The lack of any declared shorts from the previous 250 high tells me the market has confidence in BOO.

In the short term there's no way these are going to 250... that's for sure

At the end of the day none of us have a clue where this is going in the short term. Maybe 150, maybe 250! Long term however we all believe BOO has the right business strategy and will grow and grow over the next 5 years.By then we will have long forgotten about BREXIT and Trump / China and I will be paying off my mortgage with the profits!

I think you'll be waiting 2 years, possibly 6 for the US markets to settle. And the free fall in BOO isn't over just because you're fully invested again. If the FTSE keeps falling then this will too.

BTW I meant freefall for BOO, not world markets

Nope but I think China US will settle soon. Could S&P go to 3,000? Quite possible.

Well I am all in here now. Didn't think we would see 170's again so bargain buy time! Holding plenty here now and in for the long term. GLA!

From Investors Chronicle daily round up:

Despite news that the Committee of Advertising Practice (CAP) and the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) won’t take any further action concerning boohoo.com’s (BOO) recent misuse of advertising around promotional offers, the shares have found little relief this morning. The fast-fashion company was accused earlier this week of misleading customers with time-sensitive promotional offers which didn’t end as originally stated. Regulators said it put inappropriate pressure on customers to make purchases. The company has said this morning that while it is taking feedback on the matter “on board”, and adjusting promotional offers accordingly, the matter is officially closed.

US is so innocent... they are the biggest con artists in the world... waging war and killing innocent people across the globe who don't go along with their empire.
