I think that is a pretty poor statement tesco girl. Are you saying that PLT only has 533 customers? No, 533 felt the need to whinge, but 1.6 stars is not an overall picture of satisfaction of the PLT customer base. LOSER!

Firstly, how can 2 items of the same style and in 2 different colours be so completely different sizes?
Ordered 2 x XL Track Pants - Item 1 was around a size 8 (S) the other at least a 16 (XXL). Secondly, the delivery company used by PLT lost my parcel & it then took 5 weeks to arrive.

DO NOT BUY FROM PRETTY LITTLE THING. I received an item item with stains on it, but Pretty Little Thing claim it wasn’t pre-worn even though I sent pictures with the stain on it. Even a hot wash wouldn’t get the stain out so now I am stuck with it unless I want to send it back and pay for return postage.
Terrible customer service and I will be following this up with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission

ITS MORE BAD NEWS FOR RETAILERS - UK RETAIL SALES SAW A SIZEABLE DOWNTURN IN JUNE

According to the latest CBI distributive trades survey, retail sales in the UK experienced a notable decline in June, reversing the temporary uplift observed in May.

The survey revealed that retail sales volumes fell sharply, with a weighted net balance of -24, which is a significant drop from May's balance of +8.

It also highlighted that sales were well below the average for this time of year, and are expected to continue their decline into July.
