Stewar06 - if you were wrong once, what makes you think you'll be right next time? Suckers like you feed the patient. :0)

Some no doubt are moving to NG and PLT. Value of a diversified portfolio of brands.

Why panic. We have been lower than this a few weeks back.
Sudden rise is due very soon. May sound optimistic for now but it will IA.

Lol so all your concerns raised weren't considered when you bought at 197??

I'm out again, bought back in at 197 thinking the cull was done, but called it wrong. This is going to drift down to 150 on no news.
Still wildly over valued on pe valuation and there's still concerns over long term value. A lot of the boo kids are now moving on to other brands

You are probably talking about companies that are loss-making and have no visibility for the future. Here we are dealing with 80% growth with loads of generated cash, profit and a huge expansion in the US that only a few lucky ones have the opportunity to have access to that market.

Is that impatience to buy far too early on a dip?

Or patience to hold into bankruptcy (not BOO, obviously)? :0)

albert3591 - Patience is the key for success in every segment of life.
Impatience is synonymous of failure.

Yes fuji99, the US will surprise for sure. Nasty Gal was generating 300 million in revenue. All those customers in Boo's database. As it is NG growing at 90% per quarter. 8.2 million end of August compounded by 90% is 30 million come end Dec. Perfectly possible given the festive season.

Anyone shorting this is going to be creamed come the figures in January.

Xmas bull market about 4 weeks away, too.

I wanted to buy jeans that had been in sale for £13...when I came to check out I was being charged the full (pre sale price of £26 !). Needless to say they have lost my custom. How many more than me were pee'd off the same as I was?

IMHO Not a good way for a company to operate in these times. Furthermore, no easy contact details to point this out to them.

I do hold BOO shares, but will leave if i break even.

kuss1 - It usually takes a while for "analysts" and individuals to figure out the impact of the US on BOO numbers.
They will realise when the reality start to kick in.
IMO, hold and relax.
I won't touch even one share in my loaded portfolio until spring 2020.

The growth of 289% for PLT means there isn't much growth factored in at 150% for the second half to Dec 2017. That's far too conservative. I think you'll probably see growth more in the region of 200%. Could be some 200 million from PLT plus 23 million from NG. Say 400 million from Boohoo. Could see revenue of more than 600 million some 70 million more than guidance. Net profit of 57 million or around there. Consensus 42 million...brings the p/e to under 40. (ASC p/e almost 70 with lower margins and less growth). Keep that up and we're close to 900 million revenue for the following year. Can they crack the US market? Boo also moving into Germany..

Also interesting from the post results presentation was that it only takes them 3 days from noting a new fashion preference to having it available to purchase on-line.
