Margin's are reduced because of the addition cost of growing NG and PLT. They are expected to return to 10% in due course. Margins still higher than ASC. Note SGP had a decline of 170 basis points in their margins yet the price rose. PLT and NG combined should be about 170 million of the 530 million in revenue. So quite a significant percentage actually and growing rapidly. Will be more than 50% in 12 months.

I don't buy the sentiment stuff. The only thing that generates sentiment is cash..

"Not sure I follow your logic. If the company is growing apace the share price will follow. PLT's growth is way underestimated here."

You might be missing market sentiment to a highly rated stock, hence his time dated view of where the price might be compared to where it could be.

Just a thought.

If this thing doesn’t hit 220p by the end of the month we wont be able to hit any more higher than where we are (196p)
I am losing confidence.

With that additional growth should see net profit of around 50 million. Asc 80 million. Should catch asc in 12 months at this rate of growth. Asc 2.5 billion bigger in market cap.

In the post results presentation it's clearly stated that the growth rate for PLT is conservative. Fully expect significant uplift to 150% come January. As for price, who knows but the markets always go up over Xmas. They seem a bit flat atm. Broker targets 50% away from here. Nasty Gal will contribute 20-24 million to revenue from a zero start just 9 months ago. Not many businesses ever get to 24 million in their entire existence, never mind after 9 months of existence. I expect the addition of yet more brands soon.

Nasty Gal growing at 80% every 12 weeks, PLT at 150%, Boohoo at 30% growth. Not sure why there is any bad news. Peel Hunt 300 target last week. Please refer to growth rates as to why.

I really don't think we should be worried by today's price action. It's very common after a big drop after results for a share to make one or more false bounces and then retest somewhere in the vicinity of the lows. In fact a 'washout' of the previous lows often makes a fantastic spring to launch into a proper recovery.

Personally I continue to hold without any worries. There is clearly support around the 190 level in the short term and in the longer term we have superb fundamentals stacking up for Black Friday / Cyber Monday, Christmas and beyond into the next results.

Was in London yesterday for a meeting and even though I only took a single tube there and back I saw multiple impressive adverts for BOO, NG and PLT. Each was distinctive and well placed as well as being well timed for the season. Imagine how well the PLT brand message should go down for Christmas parties... Nice to see what our margin basis points are paying for ;-)

Personally I don't think this was a P&D but if there is even a whiff of bad news over the next 2 months this will drop to 150p

Paul Scot back in ?FEVR at 2050p and BOO at 198p both look good entry points. Both have recently reported strong trading. BOO had huge upgrade to forecasts from Peel Hunt recently. Both are c.25-30% off recent highs. Looks interesting to me. (I have bought both recently, as you might have gathered)

The market will only figure out that the online shopping has taken over the high street once the extent of growth is difficult to digest but sometimes late for the unlucky sellers on market mood. Big chunks in BOO, IQE and SOPH are my other stocks for 2018 and beyond.
