I've held these and rode them all the way up, but the share price has been overvalued for a while. I'm out for now. I'll be back, but I can see why Kane would have sold some at this point.

For what its worth, here are the figures from my model:
FY18: £593m turnover, 3.12p EPS
FY19: £771m turnover, 4.48p EPS
FY18: £925m turnover, 6.06p EPS

My figures factor in quite a slowdown for the Boohoo brand next year, despite the launch of the MAN range, so they don't feel racey. It takes the PE down to 38x in the year to Feb-20, at which time it will still be growing at a healthy clip

Carol's fractional sell would have been planned well in advance. You don't just stroll into the office and decide on a whim. It's strategical financial planning from a professional.

She probably intended to sell into strength (on the day) and likely hoped for a good way north of 260p given the share price into results, so another million quid perhaps? In tandem in her thoughts she probably figured the sell would 'get lost' in a fantastic day for the company as it upgraded guidance.

Wasn't to be however. She retains the vast majority of her holdings in the meantime.

She sold 10% of her holding. If I had a £100m stake in a company like she did, I'd be tempted to sell a few to protect my and my families future. It isn't a sign of anything apart from personal portfolio management

So there's the reason for drop! After a great rns! Bad timing she could have waited a day! Anyway £3 targets share price should recover as peeps and ii's lap up cheap shares! Blue day imo! Gla 🤡✌A039;

They are building warehouse facilities to handle £3 billion in sales a year, which would make them bigger than ASOS.
