Specifically relating to SERIOUS allegations that Boohoo PLC and its U.S. subsidiaries have engaged in deceptive marketing practices in violation of California’s Unfair Competition Law, Cal. Bus. & Profs. Code § 17200, False Advertising Law, Cal. Bus. & Profs. Code § 17500, Consumer Legal Remedies Act, Cal. Civ. Code § 1750 and fraud, fraudulent concealment and unjust enrichment, to the detriment of U.S. consumers.

The U.S. Federal Court’s review of the papers recently indicated that one of the parties has not complied with the letter or spirit of Local Rule 37 and that one of the parties does not appear to be making good faith efforts to resolve the discovery (evidence) dispute.

“Parties may obtain discovery (evidence) regarding any non-privileged matter that is relevant to any party’s claim or defense and proportional to the needs of the case, considering the importance of the issues at stake in the action, the amount in controversy, the parties’ relative access to relevant information, the parties’ resources, the importance of the discovery in resolving the issues, and whether the burden or expense of the proposed discovery outweighs its likely benefit.”

“Generally, the purpose of discovery is to remove surprise from trial preparation so the parties can obtain evidence necessary to evaluate and resolve the dispute.”

WHICH BASICALLY MEANS, THE FEDERAL COURT IS STILL AWAITING KAMANI’S UNDER OATH PERSONAL TESTIMONY.

Next was £9 in 2009, now around £80. It dropped to about £38 after a disappointing season with some merchandising errors and the "Kodak moment" narrative. That was only a few years ago. It then fell to below £40 during the Brexit negotiations fiasco ... so in recent years it has had ups and downs. It fell again hard at the start of the pandemic. We don't need to go back to the 80's or 90's. My point is that listed companies go through these periods. But during this period the fundamentals didn't change drastically, only the share price did. At the lowest points the dominant narrative was overwhelmingly pessimistic. Sound familiar?

I appreciate your point, but just say and not saying this
for a moment, but imagine if they move back much higher,
you could argue holding and ignoring the noise or obvious
was correct.
Unfortunately only time tells, but how long the time is
anyone's guess.

I just do my best, many better than me out there.

Alex1621 - Next was 9p in the early 90s. I hardly think BOO is comparable. But the share price now is what it was in 2017.

Unfortunately some investors on here ignored the clear RED FLAGS.
They didn’t do any research ( as you always mention at the end of those posts ).
They blindly followed the other blind investors and paid the price .
There are times when you hang on and there are times when you sell.
There are also times when it’s a very good bet to be short ( we have just witnessed one ).
We did our research .

All new investors make sure to ..

SPRACTIVE says it ( all the time ) and so do we .

As you can see Millstone investor was one of those foolish investors who have paid a high price.

I do not subscribe to any viewpoint as each investment
is different from one minute to the next.
Gvc as mentioned had times when they moved down due to
regulation situations in different countries, if you had sold
then when it was 200p, you would have missed 1800p increase.

I buy recovery situations so any situation can occur, collapse,
bid or steady grind higher or lower.

Hope that helps.
