I'll tell you who else has made a huge fortune out of Boohoo....... its their U.S. Defence lawyers trying and failing to defend those 3 Class Action lawsuits in California.

Every delay and procrastination by Kamani will be billable and Lawyers don't work for free !!!

Rightly or wrongly, during his present tenure as Chairman of Boohoo PLC, it appears that Mahmud Kamani is only interested in extracting as much cash as possible from Boohoo PLC for the benefit of the Kamani Family.

By removing and ousting former Boohoo Chairman, Peter Williams, who is left to protect the financial interests of other Boohoo shareholders and investors ?

Mahmud Kamani appears to be a walking, talking LIABILITY to Boohoo PLC rather than an asset to the business and he is responsible for overseeing the massive fall in the Boohoo share price.

This is about 3 months behind asos in coming clean with investors.

As yet brokers have not pencilled in a downgrade to 22 profits while asos yesterday were about 30pc below consensus. When boohoo come clean (and I know from people inside the company that they are cr@@ping themselves that they have no stock for Black Friday or Xmas) expect another 25pc fall. Add in a last minute settlement on the price fixing with nda (probably £25m plus hit to reputation) and I can see why people think this may see sub 100p.

If Kamani then gets back to just driving the business and an independent chairman comes in, at 100p there’s still a super long term story to 400p and beyond. Very painful being long today to keep the long term faith. Can’t help thinking that jumping off and waiting for a chance to buy back in is the better play
