Rightly or wrongly, during his present tenure as Chairman of Boohoo PLC, it appears that Mahmud Kamani is only interested in extracting as much cash as possible from Boohoo PLC for the benefit of the Kamani Family only.

By removing and ousting former Boohoo Chairman, Peter Williams, who is left to protect the financial interests of other shareholders and investors ?

Mahmud Kamani appears to be a walking, talking LIABILITY to Boohoo PLC rather than an asset to the business and he is responsible for overseeing the massive fall in the Boohoo share price.
