Notice of General Meeting ("GM")

Bonhill (AIM: BONH), announces that a notice of a general meeting has been issued today to the members of the Company. The purpose of this meeting is to place Bonhill into members' voluntary liquidation ("MVL") and to appoint Gary Shankland and Mark Fry of Begbies Traynor (London) LLP as joint liquidators.

An MVL is a solvent process and the directors have sworn a declaration of solvency declaring that they have made a full enquiry into the affairs of the Company and, having done so, have formed the opinion that the Company will be able to pay its debts in full within a period of 12 months from the commencement of the winding up.

The GM is to be held at the offices of Begbies Traynor (London) LLP, 31st Floor, 40 Bank Street, London, E14 5NR on 1 August 2023 at 10:00 am and details on how to attend the meeting have been included in a letter sent with the notice.
