Bonhill Group plc (AIM: BONH), a leading B2B media business specialising in three key areas: Business Information, Events and Data & Analytics, was notified earlier today, that Simon Stilwell, Chief Executive of the Company, purchased a total of 120,000 shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 10.5 pence per share for 20,000 Ordinary Shares on 30 September 2021 and 10.8 pence per share for 100,000 Ordinary Shares on 1 October 2021.

Following these transactions, Simon Stilwell is interested in 3,135,500 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.18 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
