Perfect Choice - I agree for these reasons. Further transactions have been flagged in one way or another for some time. Indeed in addition to the message in the 22nd September RNS we have the contents of the 8th December RNS.

FWIIW my view is that the information from the additional deals will help the company, and thus the company's broker, Mirabaud, to recast revenues and thus net profits going forward; in turn it will enable the company's sponsors dealing with the Nasdaq listing to update figures for the proposal. The update would also assist in the company's proposed roadshows.

Nasdaq is not only the major news expected and there are key deals anticipated which are even more major and I would say a successful Nasdaq listing is dependent on.

Take the following "potential indicator" from the 22nd September re-branding and strategic investment RNS. This is the sort of potential for BNN that gets me really excited, Nasdaq is just icing on the cake, but what a big cake BNN could be.

"Xinhuatong has the exclusive rights to provide payment processing facilities within the Xinhua News Mobile App and is in the process of applying for a national payment processing licence. Upon a successful application, the benefits to our company will be significant, not only in allowing us to participate in one of China's largest industries, but also to substantially increase the net margin across our platform.

There may be news next week but I can't see it being major news re Nasdaq listing and I can't see the price flying upwards on Monday morning. I think they'll be working on the prospectus to include as many good numbers on sales, profits and potential for the business as possible. Think it's going to take a little longer than this week BUT it will come and I can be patient with this share. If it dips below £1.20 again I will try to add more.

Ramping or de ramping does nothing to the price I know that. It relies on news from the Company and i,ve heard in good faith its next week. That's all !

Well im not moaning anymore. Just talked to a fellow Lady BNN investor like me and its all ready to go next week with Nasdaq and other news. Topped up myself again. This is it now hopefully .With news early next week we should see a huge rise in price.

As I have said a few times they keep letting it drift towards a quid then give a bit of news to get it back to around £1.30 again. Getting a bit of a waste of time this share.If it was going to be as big as everyone says every man and is dog would be trying to get on at £1.18 wouldn,t they ??? Only saying.

There is no advice intended,nor is there any attempt at guessing what they might or might not announce.Just expressing an opinion based on the available information.Perhaps you should accuse the company of ramping the shares through their news flow?

Reading their recent announcements,for me the most exciting bit is their entry into mobile advertising which is growing at an amazing rate in China. eMarket, a market research company, had the following to say last year..

'eMarketer predicts that digital ad spend will reach $40.42 billion in 2016—a 30% increase on last year’s spend. eMarketer expects this number to more than double by 2020, when it will reach $83.59 billion'



Whilst BNNs entry into this market would appear at first sight to be counter productive for XNAs own paper based advertising interests,reading between the line it appears that they have struck a revenue sharing agreement with them, which would serve both parties interests...but this is only a guess on my part. If my assumption is correct that would be a major achievement by BNN and could drive revenues beyond the wildest imagination of all concerned.But then I am getting carried away :o)

Thanks for posting that insight ayesha4, hoping for some "goodies" to have been brought back from their trip as should be the case, i.e. extract from 8th December RNS below. Note services going live in first few months in 2017 - so RNSs before then.

"In addition, we are in advance stages of negotiation on several significant contracts. These include contracts to support new B2C services launched on the Xinhua News Mobile App, working with prestigious national partners. Our technology will allow consumers in these sectors to make payments and update information with ease and security using their mobile phones. We are hopeful these services will go live in the first few months of 2017. Together with the contracts and initiatives announced today, these new revenue streams represent significant potential for both higher margins and valuable customer data."
