The prestigious content agreement they are referring to is the Barcelona agreement which they announced post the TU, so I have found out.

As it often happens,it is easy to miss out reading important bits of information when an RNS reports on several different developments related to the companys growing business.The bit I missed from the 12 Dec TU was this:
