No-one should be concerned though as DM has agreed to buy a chunk of this worthless shell for $1.65 (a 469% premium) - he really is Santa bearing gifts

No wonder the MICT CEO was so keen to offload 1.363 million shares at $1.65

DM is a deal making genius!
