Couple of “good news tomorrow” bozos. If you won £1m on the lottery I bet you would twist on the salesman’s pitch of £2m tomorrow. Anyway, let’s see what this month promises bring, or October’s, or November’s, or.......

Diane: oh please, give the guy a chance. He might just pull that cord on the lift shaft with his white glove on. He might just release the trapped investors and they can all ride off into the sunset with bulging pockets. But the way he has treated investors since the early DJI days is shameful. Wot I hear from the dog walkers up north is that his pub days are drawing to a close. Another business failure I suspect. Anyway, “news soon” is the motto and whether it’s this Xmas or next, D-day will arrive at some point. Ps: any BNN trading update ?

garye: how many times have people like you commented about imminent news ? In recent months posters have stated Sept, Oct, Nov, and even Xmas (Perfect Choice I think). But you were all saying this a year ago. No trading update (for how long?), no accounts, no definitive new partner company, no pwc report, no outstanding loan report (promised in January), no answers to website questions, absolutely zip. Give me one, just one, positive factual piece of news that gives you guys genuine hope of a return of your investment (not a return ON your investment, just your investment being returned). I don’t even know if the recent purchase of shares is completed yet. Was that another “good news” smokescreen put out when accounts weren’t delivered on time, just to quell the rioters? So don’t harp on about “news soon”. I hope good news comes and the white glove brings a rabbit out of the hat, but to date there is nothing to suggest anything other than more dark droppings. Ps: anyone know how much you are currently paying the MD as a salary package ?

WWW you have summarised the situation very well looking over your posts they seem like a pretty accurate summary. I posted a link earlier in the month regarding the transcript of the MICT AGM and the apparent bonuses and consulting contract awarded to management of MICT yet nothing in the way of shareholder returns along with other matters that were questionable but I am pretty certain no BNN shareholders took a look. My view is that the MICT management are a mirror of BNN management in the total lack of regard for shareholders whilst enjoying all the goodies. Unfortunately it is human nature to believe what you want to hear and I certainly think that this is DM's modus operandi to investors.
Yes I am invested and unfortunately I think the chances of ever fully recovering my investment are at best 50/50 however I hope I am proved wrong.

Thanks for your reply and yes I agree I have heard a deal is in progress .
But as we sit and wait Month after month it annoys me on the handling of shareholders and the dismal attempt of running a successful business .
I am sure any new formation of a larger company will have a new look board of directors .
8 weeks time we should know imo

And11: clearly you don’t read too good. Sales are up. Heavy discounts yes, but registrations have been excellent. And you certainly don’t understand too well either. Read my posts. No grudge. Never have had. Just see a can of dog food dressed up as caviar and you guys have paid a heavy price to provide a lavish lifestyle. That’s not a grudge. It’s fact. And you don’t like it. Instead of shooting the messenger, why don’t you take a look at yourself and mature a bit.

That wasn’t hindsight you muppet, that was a prediction. And I was right. Hindsight is a wonderful thing. If we all knew then what we know now we'd all be billionaires. In 2 months time you might be saluting DM for his deal making skills and in 6 month time thinking what a great investment this was. But conversely the deal may not happen and we are still left with shares in a company that we cannot trade. But even in this event I still believe the company has value. Its interests in China still have value. Trouble is we may be vulnerable to a low ball management buyout. A loss but not a wipeout.

CD: thank you for your post. Although I don’t agree with your point 1, you are mature enough to acknowledge the factual content of my posts, unlike others on here. I am not an investor, but I know exactly what I would be doing if I was......and that would be heading straight for those who placed me in that position and have enjoyed the evidenced lavish lifestyle on my money. The excuse of ‘do your homework’ doesn’t wash when seasoned investors are in the hands of people like the BNN Directors. I hope a rabbit is pulled out of the hat, but the white glove has been put on so many times previously and only a few dark droppings have emerged so far. Anyway, any BNN China trading update recently ?

I take a slightly different view of your post .

1. Yes I think you do have a obsession to slag Mercer off at every chance .

2. Yes we all know we have made a bad investment here at BNN .
We are reminded of that every other day by someone on here .

3. If I could invest today for the first time in BNN and read the history of how the company has been run over the past 24 months I would have to agree with your posts .

4. However unless another dead end road might be coming up it does seem that some type of deal is close to happening and perhaps Mercer might just pull a rabbit from the hat yet .

5. If no deal is done by November
( sick of hearing those words ) then it’s probably curtains for our investment but until then let’s hope .
6. Again I do agree BNN has been run so bad and lack of transparency that you cannot think anything else
but dishonesty .

Redhill: check the facts on BNN history and tell me where my summary and predictions about the company have been wrong. Don’t divert your current ills by attacking a BB poster. BNN is run by a Director who has landed the investors in trapped limbo. You lot are stuck in a lift between floors and however much hope you console yourselves with, your only escape route is the guy pulling the levers. Speculate all you like, but that lift hasn’t budged from the stuck position for 12+ months, despite all the promises. Someone on here a month or so ago mentioned “an early Xmas present”. I ask ‘which Xmas?’.
