Hello I've been reading the news articles I bought At 39 pence per share and wrote the investment off what could they be worth and I still hold them at hargreaves Lansdowne .News seems good is BN technology now making a profit .And never held shares on the Nasdaq but does have funds in technology funds

Newman - remaining hurdles not difficult insofar as I have been informed, more a case of details to be finalised than high hurdles. There is always risk of factors outside of control of course but barring disaster the deal is going to happen and it will deliver substantial benefits to shareholders.

Del/Newman/Veg, my contacts are heavily invested I.e. hundreds of thousands and in one case more than 1M shares. They are well connected and knowledgeable about the ongoing deal and comfortable that the prospects look very good. They each have a track record for profiting from equity investments and are savvy and street wise individuals. It is all looking good but still work to get some aspects of it over the line. The weird/shorting crew don’t get to me any more but I’m sure they will keep trying with a new approach soon!

Diane. You fail to understand that us longs having nothing more to lose!! The shares are non tradeable and most of us have written off our investment. So the only people left to lose from now on are the shorters. Good luck !!

MLF have no firm info on dilution but think maybe 30-40%. Can see $2-$2.50/ existing (so this takes account of dilution) BNN share on listing.

I don’t know Mlf but if those values do appear I think it would make up for any dilution of 30-50%
