19/7/2018 11:47 | "The USA investors are expecting a listing of $2+ Climbing to $5" LOL are these the USA investor voices in your head you liar. | dianecarberry
19/7/2018 11:46 | Israeli party def involved. How the prospects for our investment have changed from 6 months ago. We are not quite there yet though but fingers crossed.. | wla2510
19/7/2018 10:48 | The USA investors are expecting a listing of $2+ Climbing to $5 Wonder how the price of BNN shares when brought is worked out.I would assume this will be the price the shorts are closed at. Not long now kite.lol | genises
19/7/2018 09:59 | Yes I think that makes sense dlm as the price range for the cash raise. Not all the money raised will be purely from equity, Sec filings state "will take the form of equity, equity-linked and/or convertible promissory notes". Yes wonder if third party not USA based yet, we shall find out eventually. | perfect choice
19/7/2018 09:35 | PC I wonder if the raise of between $26m - $36m is in the range equivalent £1.3 - £1.5 per BNN share that phurley refers to? Also it sounds that the third party company may not be US based at the moment. Maybe an Israeli Fintech? | dlm2602
19/7/2018 09:23 | Charles, Yes that's a possibility, good thought. I was wondering whether they had done some sort of raise and he was referring to that? | andy
19/7/2018 09:22 | Expecting commitment to be part of "MICT will raise a minimum of between $26 -$36 million from major global institutional investors." as stated in the announcement. This will include existing BNN IIs as well as new investors, there is a reference to this in the SEC filing and is copied below to see. August also makes sense as there is a 90 day timescale (from initial purchase on 21st June) for BNN to make the offer to gain 50.1% share and other matters, see 2nd SEC filing extract below. "Upon the execution of the Definitive Agreements, Micronet (in conjunction with BNN and its Representatives (as defined below)) will raise approximately $26.0M - $36.0M (to be held in escrow) from both existing BNN investors and new investors in a private placement," "the Buyer will make a proposal to the Board of the Company containing various actions that will require future Board and shareholder approval. Such actions, which are expected to take place within 90 days" | perfect choice
19/7/2018 09:17 | Andy . Perhaps that means they have postponed a repayment of loan and increased the amount once ready to trade again ? | charlesdarcy
19/7/2018 09:04 | phurley, "Source : someone connected to an existing holder institution that did extensive DD before commiting further cash into this." ------- How exactly did they "commit further cash into BNN"? as it has been suspended for the best part of 9 months. | andy
19/7/2018 07:26 | Phurley .. Interesting post and if correct wow! You say news in August does this mean no update now in July ? | charlesdarcy
19/7/2018 05:33 | News in August. Third party is a very profitable company that wants a US foothold and expansion into China. Listing price about £1.30 to £1.50 per BNN share. Expecting it to double in days. Source : someone connected to an existing holder institution that did extensive DD before commiting further cash into this. | phurley
18/7/2018 23:38 | "The business has matured and its cash burn is under control" under control ? are these idiots for real ? | dianecarberry
18/7/2018 22:52 | Since full implementation of the ELD mandate won't occur until the end of 2019, Micronet will enjoy several quarters of continued growth. But the ELD Mandate is not the only catalyst for Micronet's growth since trucking projections suggest a significant increase in the number of freight and service vehicles in years ahead. | genises
18/7/2018 22:12 | News tomorrow? Hope so... | newmanontheblock
16/7/2018 18:00 | 🙄 and they wonder why ! | charlesdarcy
16/7/2018 14:00 | dlm, "BNN has moved on from the position it was in when it was suspended 10 months ago. The business has matured and its cash burn is under control". ==================== So, pre this, the cash burn was 'out of control', and yet you still considered it a reasonable investment? | pj 1
16/7/2018 13:11 | Andy, They have confirmed it. It was in the SEC filings. If there is one thing I would not want to do, it would be to lie to the US authorities!! The UK accounts you are waiting for would only relate to the year ended Dec 2017 so they wouldn't help a great deal as they are already 6 months out of date. It is much better to refer to the most recent data I would have thought. It may help if you thoroughly read the SEC filing linked below. It may put at ease some of your suspicions. hxxp://www.conferenc | dlm2602
16/7/2018 12:57 | dlm, Thanks, I was wondering where your cash burn comment had come from? With me being a crusty old cynic, the lack of accounts here make me a tad suspicious of how much they have left in treasury, and their burn rate. If everything is rosy I'm surprised they haven't confirmed it. | andy
16/7/2018 11:39 | All the ramping scrotes out today I see. All deluded. | dianecarberry
16/7/2018 11:15 | Andy, Based on the SEC filing that BNN has around $20m cash (after paying around $7.4m for a 50% stake in MICT) and the disclosure that the enlarged company will be cash flow positive. | dlm2602
16/7/2018 11:04 | I wonder if we will here any news update pre- August holiday shut... | and11
16/7/2018 11:01 | dlm, "BNN has moved on from the position it was in when it was suspended 10 months ago. The business has matured and its cash burn is under control". ------- On what figures are you basing that statement on please? | andy |
