14/7/2018 17:33 | 'Ask indigenous Brits in Luton/Bradford/Birmi Since voters in these areas have since 1945 voted overwhelmingly for the 'let them all in' Labour Party, they will have to learn to suck it up And understand that they need in future to vote more wisely | sandcrab2
14/7/2018 15:55 | DLM .. Thanks for the breakdown 👍 | charlesdarcy
14/7/2018 15:53 | WLA .. Thanks for that ... I am crossing everything this could be possible at those numbers we would all see a nice return I would look at selling 30% of my holding | charlesdarcy
14/7/2018 14:58 | Charles D - big II looking for substantial return on 80p investment and are very happy with proposed deal. I expect value of BNN shares after dilution equiv to $2-2.50. | wla2510
14/7/2018 14:13 | Working from the SEC filings and if my logic is correct, the BNN shareholders will own just over 50% of the enlarged MICT. But the enlarged MICT will also own the new 3rd party PaaS. So dilution (whatever that means) is just one of many moving parts that will determine how much we get. BNN shareholders will effectively swap each old BNN share for half a BNN share and half third party share, so in that regard our dilution to the original BNN is 50%. But then we have to add the value received from the half of the third party share we acquire. Factor in synergies between the companies, cost savings, higher ratings when listed on Nasdaq and it is easy to see why those in the know are so bullish about the final outcome. | dlm2602
14/7/2018 12:52 | WLA .. Wow ! That is a very high hope but good luck to you I hope your thoughts are correct . I have my own opinion and have also been speaking with a substantial holder and I think the opening return will be around 70p depending on the final dilution if any ? | charlesdarcy
14/7/2018 12:40 | wla2510, Well to have that expectation means you must have some knowledge of the situation, and I hope you're right, it would be a great result for long term holders here. I'm fascinated to see how the additional value will be created. | andy
14/7/2018 11:44 | Wla!l hope your right. Taking into consideration a hefty dilution & to achieve that sort of price your suggesting the share price would need to rise to about 5 dollars in my opinion. Fingers crossed the deals are achieved & trading resumes in a timely manner... | and11
14/7/2018 11:27 | Hope that you are right, then I can sell the whole lot. | skin18
14/7/2018 11:00 | Well I don’t KNOW of course but I fully expect that to be the case providing the deal goes through as planned. I plan to sell maybe 10-20% because I need the cash and hold the rest for the medium term. | wla2510
14/7/2018 10:15 | wla2510, So you are saying the share price will go to £1.70 or higher per share upon relisting, is that correct? | andy
14/7/2018 10:12 | Based on what I have heard, I am confident that the value to BNN shareholders will return to previous highest point or higher, after taking account of dilution. I cannot give more detail but I am relaxed about my shareholding 600,000+ shares. | wla2510
14/7/2018 01:37 | You are probably right Newman. Looking forward to hearing more from BNN on the progress & developments from the last statement. & when this will start trading again & at what price & how much dilution from our current position. | and11
13/7/2018 16:50 | In my view they have probably already achieved the share holding required, given the share volume traded on the 2 days following the announcement. I am sure we are now waiting for the 3rd party dealing to progress and then we will hear more. | newmanontheblock
13/7/2018 16:24 | Maybe and11, consider it like a friendly takeover so they may well announce the percentage of current shareholders who have accepted the offer, or just wait until the 50.1% target has been achieved. | perfect choice
13/7/2018 15:26 | PC as they accumulate shares, I’m assuming there are trigger points that they need to update via a statement! Post 25% holding for example... | and11
13/7/2018 10:31 | Crikey posts are off the wall this morning . PC Nice post yesterday on BNN . | delboy39
