If 10+ is being spent now , where on Earth is it going .

The 300 staff in China are doing what ?
Of course there are many odd things going on in this company even the loyalist share holder can agree on that .
But just maybe a surprise might come out on trading numbers all be it well down but a reasonable income over the past 6-7 months .

Someone has too show us something very soon , but I agree with Newman
It is very stressful for shareholders .

It is what none of us know .
Just that the camp on here are very much split .
What ever happens no news is very disappointing for anyone who has money invested here .

But it seems entertaining for those who don’t .

If a post is correct on here this afternoon and there is a cash burn of 10+ still going on then the tank will run dry very soon .

But I don’t think this is right in my opinion there must be some money being generated by the income figures from Q1/2 ?

2016 annual report stated that the huge £360,000 increase in size of Mercer's loan during the year was largely driven by a tax bill. But, as we all know, that doesn't make any sense since we has been on large salaries and bonuses for years and on PAYE. Why can he suddenly not pay his taxes?The question is, have the auditors or company actually seen this tax bill? There is a rumour going round that Mercer has a major gambling problem, which would certainly fit in with his past issues with the Jockey Club ban, and fact that the loan keeps growing and that he can't pay it back. Of course, it is only a rumour. Whatever13, have your mates up at his pub got a view on this?

Genuine question - where IS the office in China? I am on business there in 1.5 weeks time. Given how huge China is, it will be an unlikely coincidence that it is anywhere near to where I am going, but thought it worth asking?

Money gone. Not coming back. I should have listened to the local dog walkers. Am not in for big money but £1 is a £1. I hear some have loaned and re-mortgaged for this scheme. One day I might make a visit up there to Cheshire and see if he runs that pub as badly as he ran this firm. Until then I hope lea and procedural governance makes an appearance and justice comes to all of us (large investors or small) that have been affected by this delusional nonsense. It’s those locals I feel sorry for. I hope it works out for all. Over and out.

£250k on travel, £250k on entertainment, £300k wage, £180k bonus, £500k loan, and £270k bonus. Add it up. Who was the recipient? CFO goes, share price halves, PwC in, no public report, ex-CEO off to HK (really?), 4 month share suspension, no light at tunnel end, NOMAD goes......(only a hunch here folks but I don’t think the allegations were that an office junior felt the back side of a secretary in Beijing offices, I could be wrong). Oh, and a CEO wedding cancelled last minute when (same) CEO became suspended from the purse strings. Erm. Hello. Anybody out there......?
