Irrespective of the findings concerning BNN there are indeed real issues with Chinese Aim listed companies . Lots of info available on line mostly very factual and yet the FCA does little or nothing to further regulate the problems. We will have to wait for the outcome of BNN but the facts stand out regarding the Chinese’s way of doing things on the AIM. Buyer Beware.
BNN - there definitely needs to be an interim report ASAP - put an end to the uncertainty and the second guessing some of which is conpletely ludricous

Must say lot of rubbish or diversions being posted recently, a few more "IMHO" should be applied. Anybody can say what they like, just try not to imply it as fact or even relevant from some of the stuff on here. Notice we also have our DM hater so they come along now and again.

What I do expect as fact is for PWC to audit accounts and "IMHO" there will be no fabrication of revenues or unaccounted extravagant costs, etc.

See you next week and expectation the key RNS on PWC findings is almost with us + new appointments, etc.

I have thought about that myself Andy but I am taking the view that while DM may well end up being reinstated back into the CEO role, which would be the case if the accusation is unfounded, this whole event has shown that the CEO role has taken on too much and so the role need to be split.

Basically DM is doing too much himself as CEO and cannot develop a company at the same time developing deals and business relationships in China, which would typically be a role a Sales Director would undertake
