BAU management is all in place particularly in China where it needs to be in place. What is missing right now is authorisation at senior management for any agreements, investment authorisation, etc so the new initiatives will suffer where such approval is required. That is why I expect delays in revenue growth now for new initiatives so Q3 income much lower than planned. But this is more of delay than loss I believe. When share suspension is removed as I expect now (Wei Qi stays in role, DM moved to new role, new CFO announced with hunt for new CEO underway - that is my guess), the RNS will need to have some key details to support the stock.

Given the radio silence, we have to assume that PwC's investigation is on-going, in which case there must be substance to these allegations and the two principal executives remain suspended. This begs the question as to who is running this complex multi-faceted company during its critical growth/revenue phase?

The company announced it would be re-quoting the stock if it had to bring in interim management. Since the stock has not been re-quoted, then we have to assume no interim managers have been appointed, and so no one is running the company.

So we have no CEO, no COO and no CFO. We only have a two man non-executive board with no relevant management experience. The company may not be quoted, but it is still listed which means the board has a duty to communicate to its shareholders to explain who is looking after our company.

No public company should have just a two man board, and this needs to be re-populated without delay. This has gone on for long enough, and shareholders need to be updated.

Longs. It is frustrating. No one is lying apart from the obvious thread jester. There is no point in piecemeal RNSs whilst it is not trading. Try to stay positive. The aim is to get most loose ends tied up by the end of the week. My feeling is one of the directors will continue working in their current role - the other will have a new role. Ive said what I need to previously.

We now have sensible views from people like Charles, Newman and And11 versus the moronic repeated posts of the Board's "he who shall not be named"... and the repeated bull$h#t from Ayesha that is just as ridiculous to read. "I promise an RNS from my sources" - what sources? Frankly ridiculous. Post a photo of YOU with Darren Mercer or someone else of importance to this company and we will begin believing this stuff you keep spouting... yada yada yada etc etc etc...! Infuriating when basically NO-ONE here knows ANYTHING AT ALL YET and people stand to lose serious sums of money!

Perhaps when someone has something of significance to report they could contribute in a positive manner to this BB... I'd genuinely be impressed if someone could find out just anything, somehow from either Institutional Investors or even an employee (or ex-employee!) of this company... I know that seems fairly unlikely, but I am really struggling to believe they have somehow got ALL of these people on complete informational lockdown and not one has squeaked to a friend... as they say Chinese whispers...!

Newman, PwC was announced on the 8th Sept & I would think it unlikely they started immediately... in real terms were about 4 weeks into the investigation...Imho im expecting news by end of October with re-listing during November...Stay chilled...😎😎😎
