10/4/2017 11:54 | I take it you won't be investing then QS? Why bother if you feel that way about the management? | kryptonsnake
10/4/2017 11:50 | He's lied and deceived. They are not being transparent. Good luck. LOLsss | qsmeily456
10/4/2017 11:07 | There are two possibilities with ACI. One is that they are sticklers with their money, and that they are insisting that BMR fulfil every contractual duty scrupulously before they transfer the first tranche of the finance. This process can be tedious, but I could understand ACI's position, and in the end all will come right. The other possibility is that - when push comes to shove - they are not willing to hand over the cash. That would leave a problem for the company, though not an insoluble one. The way the market is treating this share, it looks like everybody has assumed the worst. For myself, I believe Alex Borelli to be honest and that he is doing the best he can. And if the share price keeps slipping, then I will keep buying. Underneath all the day to day concerns, there is still an extraordinarily compelling investment case for BMR. | bookwormrobert
10/4/2017 10:44 | From what I am reading the ACI money has been delayed, it doesn't say that we wont get it, but it doesn't give a reason why. My thoughts are that the delay was caused because of the ACI delay, it's had a knock on effect. | kryptonsnake
10/4/2017 10:31 | Open your eyes.....ACI funding....read the RNS's it's not right. Something isn't being shared LOLsss | qsmeily456
10/4/2017 10:19 | I kind of agree QS, we need more honesty and clarity upfront. If I felt that they weren't to be trusted, then I would want my money out. Overall I do feel that they can be trusted, but we need more information and regular updates. As far as I can see they have delivered on a lot of fronts, but they need to take more action, and put a stop to further delays. It would help if they were honest about why this latest delay has happened, and what they intend on doing to avoid further delays! | kryptonsnake
10/4/2017 10:03 | Be up front and honest and not lying and deceiving shareholders would be a good start. Then there's the latest RNS which to the trained eye is full of the brown smelly stuff. They are just untrustworthy now. Not dreaming let's face it 0.6 of a penny is pathetic and that's down to apauling handling by Alex and Jezza. They need a warning shot across the bows. Anyone contacted the NED yet? Or actually done anything? Or are you all bent over with pants down and wallets open? LOLsss | qsmeily456
07/4/2017 09:11 | With BMR's history we are bound to get nervous holders and doubters. Bad memories start to surface when we get told of further delays. It's just going to take some time for the mood to lift and some better progress made. Hopefully we can look back in 6 months time and wonder why we made such a fuss. | kryptonsnake
07/4/2017 09:01 | Things are not right LOLsss | qsmeily456
07/4/2017 07:54 | This company has nearly $1 billion dollars of proven assets, and the same again without a JORC. It should be possible to raise debt finance against those assets. Honestly, my main concern about this company is the generally air of depression that seems to hang over it. Most companies on AIM would be shouting the good news from the rooftops if they had the basic economics of BMR, and their shareholders would be madly ramping away. But here, I guess due to the past, everybody seems to expect the worst. My worry is that this turns into a self-fulfilling prophesy. | bookwormrobert
06/4/2017 18:35 | I don't think we will have any problems getting the cash from ACI, but there has obviously been a delay so far. We have an off-take agreement with ACI so it benefits them to lend us money, and baring in mind this can only be used for the plant build and Star Zinc. Who else is going to lend us money when we have no income yet? Funding would have to come through another off-take agreement or a grant of some sorts from the World Bank - both are highly unlikely. The more realistic option would be a placing at some point in the future. | kryptonsnake
06/4/2017 18:10 | I also have concerns about the debt finance for the plant, and whether ACI will finally stump up the money, as promised. (This, I'd guess, is the source of the current delays). But there are more ways of raising money than placings; and more possible suppliers of debt finance than ACI. | bookwormrobert
06/4/2017 17:40 | lol, will you be buying back in after the placing QS? I don't see a great deal of downside from here. If we drop to the low 5's I might just buy some more. | kryptonsnake
06/4/2017 17:30 | 5.5p placing anyone LOLsss | qsmeily456
06/4/2017 17:07 | Well, all I can say is if people are happy to sell in the 5s, then I'm happy to buy in the 5s. I can't help thinking that the sellers are making a mistake, but they are free to do as they like. All this share requires is a fair amount of patience. | bookwormrobert
06/4/2017 16:55 | Guys I will email This ties in perfectly with what I have been consistently trying to encourage BMR to do for years, Its a NO BRAINER! | stav5001
06/4/2017 14:58 | Excellent find Atino. I hope you have e-mailed Mr Borrelli. As the WB is putting a large sum into the clean up operation. Possibly an off take agreement for our Lead. | fireball xl5
06/4/2017 12:24 | Here comes the slide in share price until we get some decent news. We aren't being told the full story on the plant build situation. I wonder why? | kryptonsnake
06/4/2017 11:56 | TIMBER....placing boom Lies lies lies and more lies LOLsss | qsmeily456
05/4/2017 19:52 | Once trust is broken it takes a long long time to get it back if ever completely. The silence is deafening from BMR. Unanswered questions 're ACI. No answers 're timescale certainty No cash certainty 're fund raising. If it smells wrong it usually is LOLsss | qsmeily456
05/4/2017 08:59 | V and continuous improvements. | fireball xl5
04/4/2017 15:54 | Because nothing has fundamentally changed in the zinc space, this selloff has created a buying opportunity. In fact, the fundamentals of the industry just keep getting better. Andrew Thomas senior analyst zinc markets, Wood Mackenzie said in an interview at PDAC with Investing News Network “I think it’s probably not until around the middle of this year that we’d expect to see stockpiles really become depleted. We’ve still got a few months yet.” Smart resource investors are already placing bets in zinc names ahead of this pinch point. | fireball xl5
04/4/2017 14:02 | The Price is Right here! | fireball xl5
04/4/2017 11:03 | From one glow worm to another, I agree. It's just a case of buying in at a decent price and waiting. | kryptonsnake |
