29/11/2020 02:56 | squiresquire@8844: Waiting on my LORD in Chennai, India at my 'ex-pilot-plant' site in my shack for the last 40 years after some globe trotting to Australia, Vietnam and SriLanka looking out for that 'ideal site' for my LARE INTEGRATED HYBRID TiSlag SMELTER with a pack of NRIs to help me with investment upto US$1m. | kemismelt
28/11/2020 21:11 | kemismelt for an old timer you are incredibly tenacious, out of interest where are you based, as in which town? | squiresquire
27/11/2020 21:11 | PC@8842: You PIs on this thread just ramble on! As pointed out by me a few months ago, you PIs have no clout with LON:JAY's board or its CEO to help it steer clear of pitfalls in the world ilmenite scene as applicable to its low TiO2 smelter feedstock. | kemismelt
27/11/2020 11:48 | Trouble is its hard to compete against a large multinational organisation who wants Dundas Ilmenite and its specific benefits, to deliver to the organisations own customers. That and the tightening supply market anyway means the big players will take Dundas output. Also in terms of economics, as stated "The commercial terms of an agreement are agreed in principle" and its the counterparty who has asked for the extension. They want the deal. Lets not also forget the whole Dundas planned operation isn't something JAY has magically created. They have worked years with consultant organisations and collaborative parties, including a technology agreement with RTIT that wasn't just about the smelter side, but also the cold climate production process, then all the end customer samples and verification of Ilmenite suitability by these end customers. Dundas is ready to go and JAY are keen to invoke the plans in place. | perfect choice
27/11/2020 11:25 | You clear can't learn that nobody gives a toss what you think or think you know. | drmaccers
27/11/2020 11:19 | RNS 7672AS: The update is just a damp squib! LON:JAY has a lot to learn about the ilmenite sector, especially that related to low TiO2 smelter feedstock. | kemismelt
27/11/2020 10:47 | I think it's been done for some time. Linked to OTC not yet tradable as below | drmaccers
27/11/2020 10:46 | Yes this is great news "The commercial terms of an agreement are agreed in principle".Well worth a further short delay, fingers crossed could be a very nice Xmas present! | 32campomar
27/11/2020 10:26 | Probably to line it up with the mining licence? | longrod
27/11/2020 10:23 | Extended till 31Dec... | alibx11
27/11/2020 10:22 | MOU update | mirabeau
27/11/2020 09:09 | Not sure it is the main asset. Most advanced asset yes - biggest probably not... | luffness
27/11/2020 09:06 | Would they seek a US listing if they hadn't secured a Dundas offtake from Rio (smelter news etc)? Let's face it, Dundas is the main asset and any potentially negative news regarding Dundas would go down like a lead balloon. I can't see that prior to a US listing. That surely would be inconceivable | mirabeau
27/11/2020 08:58 | Ah yes I admit I walked into that one making that statement! Just think lots hanging around exploitation licence announcement IMHO, so "this time" its different (he says!). | perfect choice
27/11/2020 08:56 | Sadly it's always the next month which is the active one for JAY :-) | luffness
27/11/2020 08:53 | Thanks Mike290, that explains the slight mystery then, so fully active after 30 days from listing. Regarding 4 week extension, as stated its falling at a weekend so RNS maybe later today or Monday "if" they don't want to sign agreement before exploitation licence (or even OTCGB being fully active dare I say?). The best indication I can get from snippets indicate they are still working on detail so active at least, but as to when a statement will be made I have no idea and I'm waiting like we all are. Personally I still think there is a timing link with the exploitation licence but I have read others saying this is not the case, so purely my only guess at this stage. December is starting to look like a very active news month for JAY IMHO. | perfect choice
27/11/2020 08:35 | Super info!! Explains why no volume and no Greenland RNSes lol | drmaccers
27/11/2020 08:23 | Information received in relation to Bluejay's recent OTCQB listing. After initiating enquiries with several organisations connected to Bluejay Mining's recent OTCQB listing, I received the following information from London based Financial PR company Blytheweigh. After a 30 day period from the regulatory clearance which should be Friday 4th or Monday 7th December, the US quote will become properly active and the US spread should better reflect London’s but in USD and there should be multiple brokers at this point making a price. I hope this helps. Good Luck. Mike290 | mike290
27/11/2020 08:10 | 4 weeks (28 days) takes you to the 23rd Nov or do they mean 4 working weeks which again is greater than the date expressed in the RNS dated 27 Oct. Either way, it's a delay to an announcement which may suggest good news | mirabeau
27/11/2020 07:49 | So no extension....Intra day good one to go on US market like Rio news? | drmaccers
26/11/2020 18:04 | I too guess extension, but if so there should be an rns and I'll be reading it carefully. Will it be a load of flannel, or will it give reasons and explain what's going on. If it's the latter, no problem. I think we realise it's not easy to hurry up the authorities; they'll work at their own pace. | bigboyblue |
