It seems that there is no doubt, Align Research are a bunch of crooks!

Richard Jennings (Ritchie666) has lost all credibility and there would be a case to inform his client base about his bulletin board/Twitter activities....

I hope someone here with City contacts/experience can get the ball rolling with regulators in regards to bringing this nefarious outfit down once and for all.

More to the point, anybody believing an utter nonsense statement, more fool them. What has selling 20m, 2.35% of the issued share capital got to do with the financial affairs of the company, doh.

citytilidie - I could not help myself but I myself searched at Companies House - Align Research Limited a couple of weeks ago and observed that its 2107/18 accounts have not been filed yet; far later than last year.

Not wishing to steal your thunder city but a search is free - just google Companies House folks and the rest should fall into place.

Folks searching will observe that the Align site gives the company's registered office address and not its trading address.

Ahhhh!. I've been given a red thumbs down for my last comment. Mentioning false rumours and market manipulation must have been a bit close to the truth for someone. I wonder if it was the same anal-yst that made 125K for the year 16/17. It was also recently mentioned that he expected to make well over a million profit this year. I can't help to wonder if that was fake news too!!. We will soon find out and I will try and keep everyone posted.

Yes absolute lies IMHO and they play a deceitful game, all the leverage holdings are gone I believe with the drop that wiped them out. "administration" - really madness to state that, just shows the garbage you can read elsewhere versus £12M+ in the bank.

This was part of the tweet from Zak Mir last wednesday with the backing of Align not surprisingly.

"They threw the big guns at the stock price last week and stock gone nowhere - that is not a signal to ignore. We suspect leveraged holdings teetering again."

Clearly false news rumours ( manipulation) just two days after the tweet from Align telling us that intel suggested Bluejay would go into administration if the volume that day reached 20 million. It was already 18 million when he tweeted so he knew it would be exceeded. Completely fabricated false news / illegal share manipulation again.

It's about time the Stock Exchange sorted this sort of thing out or stripped them of their licences, if they even have one!!

As you know i had always put your links up on the header, however you have done so much research that if i continued to do so the list would be too long to read. I dont have the skills to post a kind of revolving list that keeps the latest and chucks out the oldest. You are a total star, and , of course, your links are for facts not a Bull or Bear case. Shutitrev, lol, I often wait in vain despite ploughing through endless studies and accounts when I can, - I think that the investment case for companies often gets lost sometimes by the somewhat Viking tendency of the shorts (I’d say Vandals but that would confuse!) This rather loud triumphalist approach of destructive elements I put down to the fact that really (And rather more in this company) they are experiencing
fear, that the investment case may actually be real.
After all is said, we’re not living off the smell of an oil rag, rather that we have cash in the bank and possibly the most obvious asset of Black Ilmenite sand that can be seen in the numerous pictures, videos and well presented pieces by management.

Let the noise continue & eventually a counter attack of reality of huge asset & projects will win through.

A rather philosophical reply but I’m feeling the tide change!& their boats sailing with it.

It may take a little while but as Snowyflake often mentions - it’s a very big easy to understand asset, and it’s worth good money.

Before I filter you Andy, you asked a question (post 4768) about capex, which you directed at Rampair. He answered your query and offered a detailed opinion on this. If you are so interested in discussing the company was there any reason why you didn't follow up Rampair's answer to your question? Perhaps it was the answer you didn't expect. Over to you.
