Not Sure I follow Jack? in my mind "should produce" is a far more positive statement than " could produce "

For Example

we could win the final tonight the team is looking sharp

we should win the final tonight the team is looking sharp.

Good find bbb it confirms that the right people are watching and that they are well aware of what we have and how easily we will be able to exploit it.

what could go wrong? well the snow & ice "could" return and not melt this time as the seasons change(unlikely considering the current weather patterns across the globe)

The Greenland government "could" change their minds and decide they would rather not have independence or well paid work for their countrymen and leave the black gold lying untouched on the beaches.

with everything that has been announced and the meticulous planning that has gone into this project we "should " soon be minning ilmenite and selling it to the highest bidder...but who knows we "could" just get bought out before that happens!

bigboyblue:If the words from the last paragraph had read"Could (not should)produce an estimated 1mill.ton in total by year 5or6 of the project" would be more feasible.
Good find though.Thanks for sharing.

Having looked at their last RNS regarding the applications on EIS, SIE , PFS * Application for an Exploitation License (plus an a jorc update) which are all due in Q1 2019 it all looks good. They also stated that they looked forward to providing good news for shareholders by the year end, To my mind that can only mean progress re an offtake agreement/update. Please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

Point taken Reverend Sir and TBC. I have amended the post for I meant to say that there were loyal holders who do not post or rarely post. I will retreat to the sidelines (corner) like a naughty boy - pro tem.

Snowyflake

"It is clear from those who have posted over the past few days that there is a loyal shareholder base and that does not include for those who stay quiet or do not post on any bb"

maybe read that again David?

seems strange to me that whilst you never feel the need to post this is the thing that urged you to.... And you get it wrong...maybe stick to being a quiet loyal shareholder there's a guid lad.

Snowyflake why do you have to post on this bb to be a loyal shareholder? Or indeed
any bb? I can assure you there are many people who choose not to post remain silent
and watch from the sidelines for what ever reasons they may have.
I for one have not posted on this board but none the less remained "loyal" from
approx 2 years ago . I would like to wish all holders silent or otherwise good luck.

Well, we have completed the three years of studies and extensive data gathering - in particular the Seabed video and migratory habits of an assortment of critters.
This is a very comprehensive set of tests and studies that will give Dundas a big headstart on any other AIM juniors. It’s obvious that this quantity of work required
has used up a fair amount of time and effort from the team that has been put together
here.
It gives the very real prospect of a long term mining company in my opinion, one that
is determined to get the job finished and I think Mr McIllree the MD and his team
should be proud of getting here.

As I don’t work for Bluejay, and, as a long term shareholder I do feel able to offer my own two pennies worth! Greenland wants mineral resources exploited so that it can achieve independence & I realise that they have limited resource to fall back on in terms of manpower. However, it seems to this shareholder that to set 3 years of baseline studies, on top of existing regulations that would apply to any mining operation- is quite a heavy burden in terms of time. However it’s now done, and we are
the other side of it with a healthy Bank Balance.

I held shares in Angel mining that worked in the far North of Greenland
and to my knowledge they were re opening an old Zinc Lead Mine (Black Angel Mine)
Also a Gold Mine, they did not have to do this much if I remember correctly to start up that project. However it was a brownfield, and maybe that changed things.

So, we can expect more information before year end & with the lengthy phase behind us
We can look forward to more positive updates to come. I think shareholders should be
pleased that they have stuck out this long process and at least we know that JAY looks to be one of those very rare explorers on AIM that will become real miners. Then we head to the big Disko to that massive licence.

As I said, my own opinion
R.

Bluejay Mining* (JAY LN) 11.7p, Mkt Cap £99m – Dundas project update

STRONG BUY - included in MSCI index

Target Price 45p

Bluejay Mining report the completion of the three-year Environmental Impact Assessment at Dundas in Greenland.
The Social Impact Assessment is also due for completion in January with support expected from the relevant local community.
The long-awaited Pre-Feasibility Study is being optimised and is reported to be on-track for the first quarter next year.
We suspect the PFS will be able to include an upgraded JORC resource utilising drilling and other assay results from this year’s summer work program.
Management will lodge the application for an Exploitation (Mining) license shortly after.
Work in and around the Iterlak Delta has the potential to significantly raise the scale and grade of the overall resource adding further to the potential value of the project.
Our site visit to the Dundas’ project indicated to us that logistical and engineering issues are, in our view, offset by the project’s location on a deep fjord and the relative ease of it’s mining.
The work done at site in the past two field seasons coupled with the mining, sorting and exporting of bulk samples to offtakers demonstrates Bluejay’s ability to work effectively in this location.
We look forward to further newsflow before Christmas.
Ilmenite prices in China have recovered to US$184/t from US$171.5/t at the beginning of August as predicted with ilmenite processing companies recovering production lost through furnaces problems.
Conclusion: We expect further news from Bluejay on grades and the scale of the ilmenite resource at Dundas. Dundas looks to be the world’s highest grade and also possibly the world’s most consistent resource from a mineralogical perspective. Both attributes are positive from a value and offtake perspective.

*The share price Angel mining analyst has visited the Dundas, Itelak ilmenite sands project in Greenland. *SP Angel act as nomad and broker to BlueJay Mining.
