23/8/2018 14:31 | Not wishing to be rude but some peeps are very defensive on this BB and almost like an LSE fan club with posts being voted up or down Shutitrev, 840m shares in issue, there will be leveraged players, short or long, fact. The share price has just come back over 50% from high and 35% over the last week or so as leveraged players stops were hit, maybe an Insti or 2 playing games too, don't know but a disclosure will confirm yes or no. Large % stock in insti hands and i can't honestly say how much leverage in play but seeing the last few weeks decline, i think it would be a fair bet to say there is some. Just for the record, i'm long on JAY and not leveraged, all tucked away in an ISA.Do i think it's a long term hold ? YES. Smarty | xclusive2
23/8/2018 14:13 | Who's counting chickens? Where is your evidence to support your theory that there is further leverage? Happy to discuss. | shutittrev
23/8/2018 13:57 | I wouldn't be counting chickens yet as this vulnerable to another slap to loosen out any leverage in the absence of near term news, not out of the woods yet imo but very happy to be proved wrong. | xclusive2
23/8/2018 13:41 | Am inches away from dipping my toe in ,Cheers Snowyflake | 25wbh
23/8/2018 13:32 | Thank you 25wbh - there was a rather nasty bear raid based on.........enough said. Some leveraged holders got hit which caused imo an exaggerated fall. Some say, and I do not criticise them, that the share price had got carried away. thetoonarmy2 and showme01 - wise if I might say. I am confident that, despite what a couple of very sad and embittered bloggers say, Dundas will work out well. The company also owns other assets not to be ignored. | snowyflake
23/8/2018 13:02 | Snowyflake, u have a nice steady rise here today,GL ,B | 25wbh

23/8/2018 10:26 | You sound worried? | presto77
23/8/2018 09:56 | PC, Agreed. All about timing and interesting to see the move continuing. Like leveraged longs, the Bears won't want to be losing profitability and timing is everything as always. Next 4 months won't be boring. | xclusive2
23/8/2018 09:44 | Congratulations all the JAY holders - back up to an impressive 15.5p you must all be over the moon. Crack open the champers - only taken 5 days to rally 1p that’s very impressive after a 40% fall !! Lololol | itscominghome
23/8/2018 09:30 | Yes should be an interesting 4 months xclusive2 and in my view all down to timing of off-take agreements being announced and issue of Final Feasibility Study(with associated documents for the EIA (Environmental Impact Study) & SIA (Social Impact Study) allowing application for exploitation licence to be made before the end of this year. The longer they take, the more opportunity to question and ammunition for shorters. But what I see now is the relative certainty of these applications being made and off-take agreements being announced. The Greenland Government's own economic report for 2018 is forecasting JAY's application being made this year, JAY also won the Prospector and Developer of the Year 2017 award given by the Government of Greenland. So basically it would be a case of a major "egg on face" situation if JAY didn't progress. My latest understanding is that major hurdles are behind us now and it is a case of completing the work this year. Discussions are underway on off-take agreements right now and the nature of the resource (highest grades + consistency/purity) and issues with world demand (e.g. India as reported this week), indicates such agreements will be secured and sooner rather than later for the first. I'd give it to October before the key news appears IMHO maybe earlier. | perfect choice
23/8/2018 09:23 | No balls required when positions are all pretend only | luffness
23/8/2018 08:57 | No offerings from our short contributors this morning..... | control1
23/8/2018 08:47 | Next 4 months will be interesting here. This stock got ahead of itself with regards to m/cap, currently £120m and £231m @ recent high. A lot of 'fresh air' in current market valuation and fundamentals not supported until offtake agreements etc are granted. Bears still believe JAY is overvalued and it's currently all about timing. How long will the news void continue for ? that is the key to the short term share price trend and the Bears will hang in or may push agin to try and shake a few more out. All about positive news at this juncture and if it is the right flavour, the longs will see some serious price action as it moves north rapidly. Money to be made. | xclusive2
22/8/2018 20:49 | and I do not think that the Tier 1 institutions will be disappointed; they do their due diligence bigboyblue. We are in good company!! | snowyflake
22/8/2018 20:06 | I don't know re current value. I guess it depends how much risk you build in for not getting a decent offtake deal, not getting a licence, anything else unforeseen etc. However, assuming PC is right or thereabouts, it seems the company and their brokers played a blinder in raising £17m at 22p. That has stood us in very good stead and continues to do so. | bigboyblue
22/8/2018 18:35 | PC - I agree with both you and Control. I am continuing to hold and will add as and when I can. The sands are still there, we are in the course of further exploration (I have in mind Iterlak) and we are getting closer to the application for the exploitation permit which I have no doubt will be granted. | snowyflake |
