Southern Gold selling approx 50% of its 21.7% holding c74m shares today at 0.70p, possibly another c76m to go, let hope its this week they are out, then the share price can rerate back to 3p and overhang will be gone.

Price and value of BMV now being held at this level as Southern Gold are a potential seller.

Not sure about the RNS shenanigans by southern gold today, perhaps they started selling before their lock in clause date which was the 23rd April.

"immenently " in their vocabulary means at least 2 months so "near future" would translate to sometime in the next 6 months.
Rather than using the cash to alleviate their debt they should be stuffing it into brown envelopes for the officials/politicians.

Hopefully news soon about the Philippines Batangas mine, in the interview he said,

We are expecting within the next week or so, some reasonable good news to come through in respect of approvals, it’s moving forward and we hope to make some announcement in the near future.

That was 2 weeks ago
