Where do you see the 25% figure for BMV?BMV will have 40% once the project is mining/construction ready - my understanding ....The question is what happens next.- The JV might progress it with 40% of cost to be covered by BMV?- The project might be sold?... or many other options....

I took this as a v good sign, meaning that agreement between the parties was agreed ??

Addendum. - Just gone back to the article and I can't see any mention of the lawyers now. Has it been edited out ??

The article quotes a director saying that they are still waiting for the TMUP (Temporary Mountain Use Permit) expected "early in the year", waiting for news on the streaming partnership and waiting for news on Batangas.

It'll be interesting to see who the streamer is. Royalty and streamers see a lot of potential dealflow cross their desks. Only a small percentage of that actually passes the due diligence sniff test. For BMV to be a distance down that road bodes well
