Looks like a few rollovers today. Isa's perhaps.
Permit should arrive soon as it was muted for last week in the latest interview.

So when will we receive the Temporary Mountain Use Permit Colin? Seems to have been 'imminent' for some time now.

That sounds plausible. So if they fall foul of the authorities, for whatever reason, they could quite easily withdraw it.

What about the ownership of the mines themselves . Are they on a long term lease or do they own them outright?

I think the "Temporary" is a short term reclassification of property so that the permit holder can prove the concept of the mine. This allows for movement of equipment and exploration activities for the period, without having to issue a permanent reclassification.

Would assume the permit is non-transferable so BMV would not be able to sell it on.

Korea therefore control who and what work can be done while the proof of concept is completed.

I vaguely remember reading somewhere that the licences they have are on a long term lease from the owner but I have failed to find this again. Does anyone know any more about this?

The temporary term was explained in one of the recent interviews. From memory it is the right to put any equipment on mine sites and it is (time wise) in line with the main mining licenses they already have.

jasper - I recall hearing in one of the interviews that "temporary" referred to the temporary placement of equipment needed to get the project underway.

Why do they use the word "Temporary" in the permit? This implies it can be removed very quickly. What are the stipulations regarding this permit and does the company actually own these mines or are they on a long term lease?

Let's hope so digger - my comments I posted on the other board ....

Is this week finally the time the Co and its shareholders have been waiting for for 3 years?
The money is ready to be deployed, all systems go once we get the final nod by getting the TMUP.
It's amazing that the share price is still under 2p. The share price was on average 4p from April 2020 to April 2021 with the PoG average 1850 (give or take).
What is different now?
- PoG is higher and looks it should not slide below 1850
- We have funds to execute the Proof of Concept
- No or very little share dilution in real terms (we roughly doubled number of shares but also doubled resources now owning 100%, before we shared it with SAU)
- Still committed BoD and insiders (7 of them participating on funding to keep lights on earlier this year, owning around 25% of shares
Clearly, 2 years of Covid with very strict S.Korea policy and the JV debacle taking over a year to sort out dented the sp,
however, the co is in much better position than it was when the share price was 4p.
Ok, let's wait for the news we expect and start the PoC.
Great opportunity, good luck all.

4 lots of 500,000 shares sold on Friday at 1.89/1.90 levels, find that a bit odd at these low levels.

Perhaps Southern Gold may of started selling their 150m holding already, they dumped the original 50m shares at about 1.44p last September using CFD’s.

IMHO, dyor

What links are you looking for other than the recent official updates? Meself, If this share price drops back, as likely these days, I think I'll top up.
