04/1/2019 16:01 | All those interested having researched the possibilities, would appear to be in, and waiting financing news before adding so suppose we just have to wait until the US markets fall sufficiently far that this news finally has to be more widely reported by the mass media, and other economic news sours sufficiently. The company name doesn't help in gaining wider market recognition for what BMV is about. | bo doodak
03/1/2019 21:19 | Sat in my seat waiting patiently. As I said a few weeks ago, this could be one of, if not the, biggest mover of 2019. Transformational 12 months ahead. Absolutely nothing priced in at present. | the deacon
03/1/2019 19:56 | Total ‘tumbleweed Gold about to push through $1300 as the ‘canary in the coalmine’ As the debt bubble and markets ‘burst’. We’re about to have a repeat of 2009-11 , get on board the bandwagon whilst there’s no one around and the seats are empty.... | highly geared
27/12/2018 18:41 | The big money is made buying micro caps 12-18 months ahead of a major move in the underlying commodity. Yes it’s speculation and you have to pick the right stocks but the size of the debt bubble and over valuation of the indices + the longest bull market run in history (facilitated by QE and record low interest rates) all points to gold having a good run over the next 3 years as a safe haven asset. With BMV having a piddling market cap, any good progress on the mines against a backdrop of escalating gold prices should prove rewarding. The main issue is funding and the risk of serious dilution but the BOD have skin in the game so hopefully, an aligned approach that benefits shareholders will unfold. | highly geared
20/12/2018 18:00 | Good post highlygeared. | hazl
20/12/2018 17:58 | Wow gold is +21 1.75% that bodes well here...imo | hazl
20/12/2018 15:33 | Gold sending signal ; $1260. Two quarter point interest rate rises for FED in 2019 and that’s it. Debt bubble will start to unwind and gold will appreciate substantially( since FED started raising, gold is up c 15%). With BMV working to reopen established mines and with a micro cap, time to accumulate for this time next year when the junior gold miners will be back in vogue. With good progress here a £20-30 million market cap is entirely feasible once production starts. Just bought more. Timing... | highly geared
20/12/2018 12:47 | You can vote before the agm on proxy .... not that there is anything to vote on majorly .... think you're making a big deal out of nothing ! | cool runnings
20/12/2018 12:34 | You can ask anything here , I will get you any answer you like ?! | cool runnings
20/12/2018 11:09 | Last year's AGM held in Jersey as well and the company has gone on from strength to strength. I don't believe there is anything sinister going on besides how many of us would attend even if we had enough notice? Some companies I'm invested in hold their AGM's in London at 9-10am which usually means an overnight stay and battling through the rush hour. BMV will have to report the outcome of the AGM so I don't see it as a problem. | digger2779
20/12/2018 10:10 | Well the general consensus so far is that they are in clear breach of Regulations, and that somehow they have managed to get the NOMAD to sign it off....hmmm. Also that by setting the time at 9AM in the middle of the festive season is a clear attempt to dissuade any potential attendees. I wonder why? Any guesses.....? It appears our BoD are not as clean and transparent as we hoped. As always IMO and DYOR | pj 1
20/12/2018 09:15 | AGM-only 9 days notice? That's not within Regulations unless Jersey is an exception, I've had a quick look and I cant see there is an exception. I wonder what they don't want to be asked? | pj 1
20/12/2018 08:51 | CR, Yes I saw that but you also said that the market had a bit of stock so I got the impression there was more to do. No matter. | langland
20/12/2018 08:37 | A red flag with that AGM time of 9am. Hardly PI friendly, and the location a further obstacle unless the cost of an overnight stay is also incorporated. 29th December will also be a small problem!!! The Annual General Meeting will be held on 29(th) December 2018 at 9am at 1st Floor, 9 The Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey, JE2 3QA, Channel Islands. | pj 1
20/12/2018 08:18 | I mentioned that I cleared this a couple of days ago! Scroll back you will see | cool runnings
20/12/2018 08:18 | Some large trades were reported late yesterday so maybe the overhang has cleared? | langland
19/12/2018 14:35 | Yes sure . It's a longer process as we will have to go in slowly and build it . But at full capacity this is an easy target | cool runnings
19/12/2018 14:06 | Yes - producer. | tsmith2
19/12/2018 14:03 | OH HO. ''Transformational'' | pj 1
19/12/2018 13:55 | start the new year strong...sounds like some very good news early doors.. | tsmith2
19/12/2018 13:41 | In fact this will be the easiest part when required ! People will be desperate to be part of it | cool runnings
19/12/2018 13:38 | Totally agree . People worry about the funding but this won't be an issue | cool runnings
19/12/2018 13:36 | Best kept secret imv. Can't think of any other £4m companies with a more transformational 12 months ahead of them.. | the deacon |
