Also there is no timescale as such, once in production can effectively continue as long as necessary

It is an underground mine so doesnt need much surface land. Mining permits and permissions are with the government.

Cool,

As the funding split is 50:50, what's your feelings regarding BMV being prepared, if required, to avoid any delays, and given they probably have access to funding sources SAU perhaps don't, to fund SAU's share of capex, to be recouped in due course?

CR - do you know who actually owns the land/mine? I hope the original farm-in deal provides a long timescale...

CR - do you not think that Southern Gold is the key to future funding? That intimation of a JV with a larger Aussie miner struck a positive chord in my mind!

(For any newcomers - the piece I'm referring to is linked under AND FINALLY at the end of the Header above)

I am not inside! Funding for the next phase will be a lot simpler , once the team have firmed up the process there is numerous options open to us to fund the mine . The mine / mines can be opened for a really minimal amount of money and the company can start throwing off cash very quickly! Once people / investors understand this will soon rise.

cr, I assume you are not currently ''inside'' or I doubt you would be posting if so, hence can I ask your views on where funding will come from moving forward?

Was a slight discount to the bid due to the size of the sale ! Market has a bit of stock but I will be doing a share reconciliation shortly as the majority and I mean the significant majority is tightly held so soon when they move up they will move up quickly

CR - as a matter of interest do you actually live over there in S. Korea? Useful to have eyes on the ground...

This isn't your run of the mill board. Contact lists as long as their arm. I wouldn't get too hung up on getting the gold out of the ground, when you can buy today at a £3m mcap

Today's RNS continues to build the evidence for a short-term, low cost solution.

Hopefully we will hear something soon regarding SAU's possible new JV partner. Could be a real game-changer - especially regarding the share price!

Does whet the appetite somewhat....if they can deliver.

SAU investors appear quite disenchanted with the slow progress, in their eyes, but I think they need to realise these things always takes longer than one wishes.
