Total administrative expenses in H1 2012 were $2.055 million of which $1.2 million is considered to be non-recurring or discontinued in nature.

Approximately half of the total administrative expenses related to salaries, pension and social security costs for the directors of group companies, together with travel and related expenses. This was higher than budget due to severance costs.

Someone has decided to buy 4 million shares today spending
£37.5k pounds which is a real make your mind up investment.

Hence from information available or whisper or a nod and
a wink? although nothing obvious from what I can read on the
web site suggesting a run in the next couple of monts? or
is there news which is out there but not for current investers?

By default, almost, perhaps DB has made BBE into an asset. As for 12p, maybe 4p, if we are lucky. But ridiculous prices being paid for shale assets. That is why TOM is worth so much more than its current share price It will 10-bag as a minimum from here.
